The truth is akwa ibom with their huge revenue and relative Small population and land area can and should be able to afford a much bigger functional and more efficient rice mill than what it's currently tabling we must learn to demand the best from our leaders .... Enough said grin

But for Buhari, nobody gave our self sustenance in rice a chance.
