Mama try Reload.. It's a better multivitamin in town. That is what I was advised to buy in the hospital.. Because I gave birth to a baby with a low weight.. 1.5kg at birth.. I started giving her Reload, she is strong and growing healthy.. She is 4.5kg at 3months now..

Why are you worried?... Mama everyone is unique and special, some have bigger boobs with little milk inside while some have smaller boobs and lactates very well. Just take care of your self self ok

Mama, it's normal for you to worry, because you are his mother, but take it easy Ook. You need to have patience, your baby will grow. Just feed him on demand. Or take him to agbo people to check if he has ella, because some babies have internal ella dt eates them inside, making Dem not to add weight

Dear Mamas, I have been a silent follower of this thread and i appreciate everyone who makes a contribution. I pray this year our we will carry our bundle of joy. God is still in the business of doing miracles.

I have a question please mamas, my bestie has been TTC for years. She had a still birth at 7 months in 2015 and since then has not gotten pregnant. She ovulates every month after tracking for three months, though there are no signs no show ovulation, Hsg shows both tubes are patent, husband's sperm is fine but since 2015, no show.

She will be 34 next year. Please time is not on her side. What do you suggest as she's tired already. Please find attached a recent hormonal profile. She has taken omega 369, now she recently started taking folic acid and B6.

There are no infection or anything of such.

Please mamas, ur contributions will be greatly appreciated.

When I got to the doctor, he mentioned that they saw protein in my urine so he requested for some test to be done before my next appointment. Please is it something I should be worried of? I started having diarrhea on Sat and my mind keep going to the diagnosis. I don't want to check google because reading somethings can even make your situation worse. I'm just being positive that this testimony is permanent in my life and there shall be no complications in sha Allah. I'm just 14 weeks. Can't even sleep well now. Please I need answers from anyone biko. Is there food I shouldn't eat? Is there something I should be doing? I await your responses maams!

Please rest well o.. Take a lot of water and do the test... Protein in urine is not a good thing.. Thank God, they have detected it early, so they will manage you well and know how to treat you

Yes ma'am, that's how they operate, they request for all this ahead of time.. But if you have it now, you can pay, but also you can delay it to when you are due to Gv birth.

Personally, I have never used Aju Mbaise before, so I don't know how it works... I will advise you to be taking hot tea or water, it helps to wash they blood out... And also, during these period avoid surgery thins and eat healthy.. Once more, so sorry for your loss... Cry if it's comes, it helps to relieve the anxiety and stress, but please dnt over do it. Trust me, you shall conceive with in the next six months by God's grace.

. I feel your pains, cos I have been Dia.. Take heart and belive everything happens for a reason, as long as you have conceived, you shall be more fruitful. You can start trying to conceive after one month, dnt panic if breast milk is still coming out. Dnt take any drugs to bost fertility except folic acid.. By God's grace 2020 you shall hold your baby. Take care of your self Pls. May they Lord comfort you.

Yes Prenan and breastmilk will do but ensure you feed your baby on regular intervals through the day. Target feeding 2 hourly through the day and night unfailingly. Increase the protein content of your diet, I was by a reliable source told it improves the calorie of your breastmilk hence your baby can gain weight. Most importantly wear patience like a garment,your baby will gain weight with time.

Give pre_nan it's a formula for low weight babies. Give her till she's at least 2.5kg before going to nan1 or any other formula. At 1.5kg her system needs delicate milk that she can easily absorb to gain weight in addition to breast milk.

My son is soon to clock 5years by next year and I conceived him on clomid .. but this time around it isn't just working hence my Gyn suggested Ovaboost and clomid again once I start my menses... but I did not get Ovaboost and someone suggested ovacare in place.. right now all I need is for the flow to start so I can try but it is well..

I may likely let go for everything and still see where this ends..

E hugs ma'am, regards to your son. Some women have this natural family planning in thier system. I will use my mother as an example. Continue taking your folic acid, always follow your doctor's instructions, pls no self medication, forget about TTC and live happily, before you will know it, baby number 3 will be on they way

I will only suggest folic acid for you dear... I understand your situation, cos I have been there, for me, what worked for me was to take my mind of TTC, not easy tho, but I tried.

Mama, pls dnt self medicate with ovacare, it will make you eat and make you mimik pregnancy symptoms.. Let a doctor examine you, before you take ovacare Biko.. Ovacare help to boast fibroid

Thanks I am glad you find the write ups useful . We all worry about what the future holds but it is best to have a positive mindset that everything will turn out alright eventually. As a FTM just prepare yourself mentally that it will be tough sometimes but you are strong enough to handle it. Taking care of a baby is something you learn and before you know it you will become an expert. If you have any doubts how to care for the baby google is there to guide you . You can also ask medical personnel or other experienced moms
Based on the current economy I would say try your best to keep your job. The expenses that come with having a baby is not something you can easily calculate. Having a baby is not cheap at all. I was a banker too when I became a FTM . I was always exhausted during pregnancy but I could not leave my job as my hubby was just doing small business here and there pending when he gets a job. I was so happy when it was time to go on maternity leave. I would say go on your maternity leave first, see how things work out. If possible during the leave start looking for another job that will not take up your time like banking does. After your leave if you are unable to get another job still resume back, try it out for a month and see if you can cope . If you cannot then you can decide to leave but put plans in place for a steady source of income.

Please don't mind my English oo, English no be my language. Few month ago, my wife went for antenatal clinic for registration after she discovered she is pregnant. In the process of her registration and testing, she is tested HIV possible. She was immediately refer to another clinic for further confirmation, in which she also confirm positive in that clinic too. She informed me of everything that she went through in the clinic when i came back from work that day, in which she told me that my attention is also needed in that clinic. We went together the third day, and i was also tested positive. Throughout that week, we don't get ourselves, he went for counseling the following weeks, in which the told us that the sickness is manageable and the drugs her free in their clinic, that all we need now is schedule time to attend clinic every month. Since we don't have a choice and we need to protect the live of our unborn child, i told them the nature of my work that i may not keep to date everytime because of my work, in which the accepted and told me that my drugs will be giving to my wife everytime she attend the clinic even without my presence.
Last two month ago my wife went for clinic alone, and my drugs was not giving to her, I thought she was joking when she told me that, because that is the first clinic that am not in attendance. I went for clinic last month, and was full of shame, the way the clinic attendants addressed me, telling me all sort of disgusting words in the presence of my wife, all because i miss a clinic.
Now their final conclusion is that whenever i miss a clinic, i should forget my drugs that months. And according to them, if i miss my drugs for a day the viral load will increase in my body, as a result of that in which we also affect my wife anytime i have sex with her.
That words have cause a lot of problem in my family that my wife don't even respect me again, she always telling me that am the one that affect her with that sickness.Currently now, am absolutely confused because i know personally that i will not make it every month due to nature of my work. Please your matured advise is needed urgently, make pesin no go take illegal action.
