With A2 you should be able to get something. Many people here dont have b1 sef and they enjoy and survive here.
My advice is watch ur spending.connect with working class people in ur city.check ur nearby african church nd mosque.speak up to people in your city,you will get something to take care of your monthly expenses.atleast mini job(450euro tax free).

I apply for usa student visa in 2010 while in naija which was denied.but on the ds-160 form i forgot the date of birth of my parent which i use then an i think it was wrong.

My brother racism is everywhere nigeria,usa,canada but the fact is over here in germany i have never been racially abused here. Guess what the rascim stunt are always from foriegners like youafricans,fake oyinbo(greek or turkish people.the germans are always carefull about race issue because of there history.

it depends on your intended course and school but am sure you can get a school without Toefl/Ielts certificate.but the benefit is most university application is free or not so expensive(75 euro uni assist) so you can apply to as many schoo as you like.

yes you can be admitted.its possible to withraw more than 670 but you to get a letter of authorization from the auslanderbehorde (foriegners office) and this require a cogent reason.

Admission generally process and requirement varies from school to school,but you can get admission here without toefl/ielts.

You can check daad.de for more info or be precise with your prospective program.
