Hello Futurewise, I believe they needed a letter of employment to show what he has been doing for over a year. as Seyi have rightly said, the email is actually coming from the Alien office through the embassy. What I will suggest is this: If he has a job, he can request for a letter of appointment which will include his job responsibility and roles.

As for the german language, no excuse in saying "Goethe" is not in his/her state. he can simply tell them he has downloaded alot of applications and bought some pdf books to help him with the language. cos no german language school around him.

This is for others going for Bsc with some number of years between your applications. go to the embassy with your appointment letter(s). I wasn't asked but I submitted mine with my Job roles which tallied with my course.. it surely helps with detailed information about you. I also added my goethe A1 but removed my A2 certificate cos I don't want to complicate myself especially when the VO starts speaking high german to me. I used the following technics and I was fine. received a mail to send a deutsch bank account fundi

I think the question 1 will answer question 2 if he has been working within the stipulated period. Also if he is not staying in Lagos. He can as well say, "due to the nature of his job and the distance (if he is not staying in Lagos), which doesn't give him room to enrol at Goethe institute. He should also check his school website very well to know if they have language course for international students, some schools have this. If yes, then he can include it in his reply that since his course is entirely taught in English and the school has already informed him of a free language course for international students, "it will be better he learn it in the school and German environment for faster assimilation" . But if he has already told them that he is doing nothing within the stipulated time during interview, I guess different approach should be used. Question 3, forward the DB payment or credit confirmation sent to him by the bank to them. #IMO

after his interview they requested for the db account which we have forwarded and also we believe the bank has sent them a copy.a transcript of his hnd first semester was also submitted which has 2014 on it.

It is compound interest. The principal changes every year hence interest will be calculated 20 times with the new principal.

it can.be compound interest.since its a regarlar periodic deposit.this is annuity.compound interest a one lump sum deposit.

we got the same answer in my first question but we are both wrong because the compounding period is 12*20=240.so my dear you got the formulae right but the solution is wrong.insert240 into where you put 20 and you will get the right answer which is

1,081,860

if its a monthly deposit then the calculation goes

2000. (1.12)*240-1/0.12=1,081.86

hint.this is a monthly investment for 20 years.
and interest is generated upon interested starting from the. first month deposit.

our objective is how much will be in the account after the 240th deposit.

since the interest is conpounded annually and the deposit is 2000. yearly. 2000(1.12)*20-1 divided by 0.12 =144,104.88

Remember we start getting interest after the first year of the investment.

No.you cant transfer naira into a dorm account.your savings account will be debited for the transaction.your dorm account can just serve them for valid means of ID.becuase it has same means of id just like a current acct
