You still don't get it, do you? The votes will be held according to the subgroups that make up the proposed Biafra. If the majority of their people vote against joining Biafra, then it is their choice and we have to respect that choice. That is the exact reason for holding referendum...

What exactly is your argument? Where did 'force' come into the agitation? Biafra is founded on the principles and core values of freedom and self-determination.

Are you more Biafran than the young Akwa-Ibom boy who was shot dead in the PortHarcourt rally and was buried a few weeks ago? Your stance and comments desecrates the memory of that young man, his family and whatever they believe in. It is THEIR right to choose where they want to belong. Allow THEM to make that choice by THEMSELVES and for THEMSELVES.

Back to your comments... I think it is wrong for you to unilaterally make a blanket statement suggesting that the South-South 'minorities' aren't interested in Biafra. You have absolutely no right to speak for them. Isn't that a contradiction of the freedom of choice you were parroting in your write-up? Allow them to make their own choices. When the time for a referendum comes, THEY and THEY alone will decide whether they want in or out.

Secondly, there's absolutely nothing wrong with peaceful protests. It is a legitimate means of voicing out group opinions the world over. If the Nigerian security forces decide to massacre unarmed protesters for daring to voice out their opinions, their day of reckoning will surely come and we'll all be alive to witness it. Asking people not to protest because some hateful Awusa-Fulani soldier might shoot at them means you're silently emboldening tyranny and that is unacceptable.

Always remember that power is transient and comes from God alone. I hope I've made my points clear to you.
