Just follow their 'weird' instructions. It's for a good reason. On your first day at the tower you can ask your LFA for proper guidance.

For the GET you test for a 200 status, also you can test that it should return an object
For the GET /id you test for a valid Id, test for status
For the POST you test for valid input, test that it should return an object, also test for the property

This tdd na die sha. Is it OK if I write the code for my model and controller first, then write the test, before going on to write the code for the route that is being tested? Cus that's the only way I can make sense of the whole thing.

Not like that... The challenge is broken down into two phases, phase 1 is the UI template, to be completed by 12th while the second phase is the core logic, to be submitted by 19th.

I'm thinking project is different for every individual, there could be an overlap though. I'm told to build a complete app ground. To make it worse I'm not supposed to use a database, I'm told to use data structure to store data!!!!!

I got the same thing. It's not as difficult as it looks. Just take it one step at a time.

Was any frame-work/library allowed ?.
Want to decide on what to learn next.
Whether to learn React( Only library I'm proficient in is Jquery) or move over to back-end (start learning nodeJS).

start with Node.js. Cycle 37 pre bootcamp project is not out yet. You should ask cycle 36 guys.
