But investors are unwilling to invest in our refineries, Obasanjo said so that was why he had to sell it outrightly but the corrupt stakeholders decided to blackmail and spoil his image with it. It is a conduit pipe for siphoning public funds same with that Ajeokuta steel plant. They should all be sold but the government has to sign a very strong agreement with the investors that they will not loot the equipment there, but rather they should make it work and trust me, they will become functional.
