tunapawizzy:What about the ones who traded their s for indomine and co. What about the ones who got stuck with a poor and broke boyfriends who later used their parts for the same ritual to blow. In fact, going by statistics, it is broke boys who have a higher chance of using their broke girlfriends for ritual purposes. So, as you advise your sisters to stick with their broke boyfriends, know that that boy, too, might go Ritual and use her to blow so he can afford to get the high-class girl of his choice. |
tnerro1: Brahamimo:Una they yarn oo.. For your info, this guy was the flag bearer of the party in 2023, he contested against Tinubu, and all that he is saying is the truth. You are recycling failed politicians to come back to power. What a pity. |
ARISHEM:So because there are armed robbers in Lagos or in your street, i guess it is safe for me to say that you should not be trusted abi. EmmyMaestro:Slowir. EFCC has arrested him. Them Throway Key. |
DiarisGodoo:Dont ever take any woman abroad with this mentality oo.. because over there they have the power more than you, they can render you homeless in split second and even strip you of all you own. |
dominique:Oga keep quiet there. Just dey yan opata anyhow. CJStarz:Nothing wen no go come out from simps mouth for this NL. DiarisGodoo:If this is who you are then never ever you take your wife abroad, because you see this your mentality na people like you these our Nigerian women dey show shege abroad. here in Nigeria you have the power but come go abroad body go tell you. |
dederocs:And who told you so. if the workers in the Nupeng are not getting benefits the union would have collapsed already. You just keep saying what you dont know. Samajogs:Keep living in delusion. dederocs:And you will be in your village to see them complain. Nawa for some of you oo.. Lyang22:In your dreams, just say you are envious of them. |
Smilleydr:Awon motivational speaker, try this now when security is very tight around those top government officials now that UGM, bandits, and killers are everywhere you go, explain tire watin carry you go governmnet house, because na KIrikiri them go throw you claiming you can to kidnaped the governor. |
nedu666:Thats how they start and soon they will start dragging position from the current king in Ghana. That was how the Itsekiri today are claiming warri. Ghanians should not let this guy have any useless palace in Ghana. |
Fatbam005:Blessed with what exactly, killing innocent sharks and sending some rare animals into extinction? |
NewHe:Do you work there? If not, see my reply above and compare yourself. When Dangote cannot even be held accountable for people who lose their lives because of the operation of his company, and he turns a blind eye to all those, and you are here saying let's compare as if you are not seeing some of the maltreatment yourself. Even when Trump and other countries are busy chasing Nigeria from their country, Indians are here marginalizing our own people too in our own country, and you are still saying let's compare? My brother, there is nothing to compare here. |
NewHe:Yes, I have a lot of bad experiences there. coupled with some of my friends and even a recent colleague I am currently working with in another company. He resigned from there and left. Nigerians do not rise to a certain level over there. As a Nigerian, an Indian man must be ahead of you to boss you over. i do not think we even have Nigerians occupying managerial role over there and plus for an oil and gas company the pay package and other benefits is very poor, company some other oil and gas company. I can arguably tell you that the direct staff of Dangote refinery does not even earn more than a roadside bricklayer. If you like, go and get your PHD, you will still work under an Indian man without O-level certificates. Even Health and death insurance for employees is nonexistent. So what are those your friends enjoying telling me? they pay difference between an Indian and a Nigerian is out of this world, I am sure one Indian can pay over 20 Nigerian salry and you call that being treated well. They even have zero welfare package and zero compensation for employee welfare. Now you compare that with organizations under Nupeng, like the NLNG and our failed Refinery. |
Samajogs:Dont say what you do not know, not all unions are like that and Nupeng is not among those other failed union. id4sho:Please say what you know and not what you dont know. Nobody is asking for Dangote to join any union, They are only asking for his workers to join and Dangote doesn't want his workers to join, because he doesn't want to loose total control over them. GloriousGbola:Very well said bro, you know the game too well. Sad so many NL who has never worked in a standard fuction company before and saying trash, because they know absolutely nothing the struggles employee go true. My early days working for one oil and Gas construction company we tried to gather ourselves as workers to join Nupeng because we know the benefits of the union all of a sudden the company management infiltrated the workers and said they cannot join because they are not a oil and gas company so they opted for CCESSA instead. CCESSa is one very usless union that exist in Nigeria and funny enough the company is a multinational one and they are not majorly into civil works rather the do more of piping, vessels and mechanical works. anyway they succeeded to join CCESSA and still the management infiltrated the union and they rendered workers right non existent in the company; it was a shame. But if it were NUPENG it would have been different. They also make this same union is not compulsory blablabla to weaken the union and to always threaten the union executives that if they do not dance to the management tone they will fire them. |
MadamExcellency:You get the point here, bro. Claiming he is the saint while he is the one trying to cajole the workers not to join the union through the threat of Firing and also to incentivize the ones who will not join. He is lobbying them already, just like a politician who gives biscuits and sweets to people after they vote him in, then their eyes will see what their mouth cannot talk. MEGA4BILLION:Your are very right bro. Dangote and his representative are con men and no wonder he is a smart businessman. Now the only job he needs to do is to convince his gullible employees not to join the union so he can do with them as he please. I am very sure now he will promise them that if they do not join, they will enjoy some cash incentives from him or even some percent pay raise, and even threaten to fire anyone who joins and use funds to divide the workers, putting betrayers in their midst. Overall, unless all the workers come together, Dangote will win hands down. Which private company owner will deliberately want to give power and control over its employees to another man in the name of a Union? |
NewHe:Then yiour friends are mostly lieing to you, or they suffer the inferiority syndrome of seeing a coloured person as their lord and savior. I have worked in that Dangote refinery before, even though not directly under Dangote but i can tell you for a fact that those Nigerians working there are suffering seriously, only that some of them do not realise it yet. I also have a lot of friends working there directly under Dangote. Just few days ago in my new company i asloe met a colleague who worked in Dangote refinery directly under operations he was a staff at the refinery and we were chatting and i asked him why did he resign from a permanent role at Dangote to take up a contract employment somewhere else and he narrated the ordeal they go true there and that he will never work in that refinery again. So say what you know, bro. |
Lithiumite:You are right Dangote might be the end of Nupeng and i am pretty sure the FG will be so happy for that to happen. Yes Union collects fees from drivers, but Nupeng is currently one of the only few unions in Nigeria that is still strong and hold so much power that can ground the nation with their strike. They still have alot of power over government. They are not just feeding fat on union dues like you said, they do negotiate better pay and welfare packages for their members. Without them trust me employers will turn oil and gas workers into bricklayers, Even road side carpenters will be better than oil and gas workers. I am saying this because i have workerd in the oil and gas sector and i have seen how Nupeng negotiated salaries and held top oil companys like NLNG and co to raise salary for their employees even dueing this recent economic downturn when union like NLC and co went and fooled themselves to collect mere N70K as minimum wage. Nupeng achived over 60% pay rise on the already millions of Naira their employees were already earning. When Nupeng declare strike even the MD of NLNG, Total and co shiver and give listening ears to their demands. Lithiumite:The answer is above for you. They are not forcing Dangote to join the union; rather, they are asking its employees, and I am sure it is the employees of Dangote refinery that have written to NUpeng that they want to join, and Dangote is fighting its employees from joining the union. |
Omenlon:You are right in a way but yiou are wrong especially with Nupeng. Nupeng is one of the only union in Nigeria that has not been compromised yet. Others like NLC and co has been heavily compromised by Governments and big employers. No employer or company owner wants his worker to join any union, because union makes workers powerful and protects them from the cruelty of some company owners. That is why companies try to always influence the union leaders negatively with bribe and all that. Originalsly:Saying something about a union you know absolutely nothing about. |
Elipsis:Such is life for you. The same woman who said APC is the best thing after agege bread now says APC and obedient like you guys who called her all manner of names when she was in APC has seen her as your savior now. So you see your life. |
PulaPower:Keep deceiving yourself, you hear. Most of you just like to talk what suits you all. |
Hezzyluv:Some of you just take and i begin to wonder who is vomiting this trash. Was she suspended because of the court case? so what if the case is now decided in her favour will the senate reverse the time and undo the suspension? she was suspended for 6 months and the 6 months has elapsed she should be made to return pending the determination of the legality of the suspension, if when overturn she can claim damages and not otherwise. unitysheart:But all these are bullshit and oppression. |
Azzik:Weldone oo.. Zacheus the seer, we sight you from afar. Ndiala |
Chepos1:I suspected the same thing. he should employ a good Media team. Anyone close to him should advise him on such. When you see the elite hating on any governor of the people's choice, know that he is not dancing to their tune and he is doing well. Those elites are the major problem of this country. I think he should learn from GEJ. The masses never learn. |
xedyl:But that same wisdom of this word is what you are using to comment on this forum now, it is what they used in delivering you. Keep getting deceived by those pulpit bandits you hear. |
WriteerNg:Trump is a big clown and know nothing about how to run an economy he even went Bankrupt while running his own company. You all can dump the USD, but it will never stop affecting the USD. The US only needs to focus on making more money to pay investors who buy its bonds. I am a Forex trader, so I can tell you this with certainty: the USD still maintains its top spot as one of the safe-haven currencies. There are risk-off and risk-on currencies in this world, and they are all invested in at different times in the world and the USD is one of the currencies investors tend to transfer their assets to in times of war and conflicts of nations, because they are sure their assets will not be lost, unlike the other currencies you are trying to promote. |
femi4:Agin there is nothing in your previous post that answered my question. Again i will ask you tell me where GEJ ever agreed he was going to do one term. GEJ was a week president i agree but he never promised one term to anyone. He was obviously the best president to win the 2011 election after Yaradua death because he was the incumbent president and he sold the idea of his poor background to Nigerians, which was what earned him the seat, and again it was a mathematical calculation from OBJ that earned him both the VP seat and, in turn, the President seat. He betrayed his Godfather, OBJ, and those northern politicians were jealous that he was going to be the first ever president to rule Nigeria for 10 years, a feat they can never achieve. The coalition was formed against him, and even people like Tambuwal and other speakers of the House of Assembly and Senate were decamping; he should have played politics and declared their seats vacant; heaven will not fall if he had done that. It was clear evidence that JEGA, the INEC chairman, was going to betray him; he should have listened to his cabinet members and removed him, yet he still allowed him to conduct the election. He would have sent the EFCC after Tinubu, Tambuwal, Saraki, and others, even Jega should have been suspended before the election, but that guy was just too weak. The principals and all the staff of the Chibok school should have been locked up and interrogated seriously, but he did nothing; he should have suspended the licence of Channels TV through NBC. But he did nothing. GEJ should go and learn politics from BAT. Assuming he had people like WIKe in his inner cabinet at that time, GEJ would have done a second tenure effortlessly. Also he employed the most clueless media team in his cabinet, imagine it is now people like Reno Omokri has mouth to speak, he was not vocal while working for his principal then, look at what Tinubu is doing with his media team, i have said it that Nigerians do not deserve a good man as president, we deserve a man who can handle us with iron hands. |
WriteerNg:And what has that done to USD, absolutely nothing so far and it is not ging to have a scratch whatsoever, and do you think China will ever trust a currency like the Naira that one dumb president like Buhari can wake up one day and print trillions of it without bliking until the currency becomes mere piece ot trash papers like they did before. |
ambale:And you just commented on his Junk just now. |
WriteerNg:And which country's currency do you want to use, the yuan or the failed Russian Rubble? Trust me, it is easier to use a globally available currency for world trade, and maybe soon the whole world might adopt a single currency, as the entire European Union adopted the Euro, and it will make global trade easier. If the dollar stops being used as a global currency worldwide they will still be the world's power. Having their currency globally does not stop this. In Forex trading, we have very few currencies that are safe havens when the entire planet is having a global shake. All investors try to diversify their assets in Gold, USD, JPY, and NZD. Those are the safe-haven currencies and not your Chinese Yuan or whatever. So all you guys are doing is you cannot bring the USD down; what holds it high is similar to what holds the Japanese Yen so high, even though they are not the global currency. Know that and know peace; it is all about transparency and accountability. |
femi4:I have gone back to your previous post and am sure i gave you the correct reply without calling Tinubu into it. My call for Tinubu was for the other guy I quoted. Now, back to my question to you, here is the answer. There was never a time he promised to do one term; you should not say something you have no proof of. Tell us when GEJ promised to do one term. |
Kaliningrad:As it stands now the Current president of the US does not know anything, so yes i can agree that i know better than him in all regards. Now he is pushing EU away when they turn to China, now he will come crying all over again, so what do you call that? Kaliningrad:Hope you know the the Kuwait dinar is over 4 times bigger that the US dollar, so why are they not the world power today. some of you just like talking anyhow. |
femi4:Exactly what i said, so he does not owe any loyalthy to GEJ in the first instance. So there is no where Betrayal comes into the picture with Tinubu and GEJ. |
