I don't know when or where my next job is coming from. I have sent CVs here and there, even ask some HR here to help out but all to no avail since Feb! This is quite unpalatable. Thinking of starting a business and forget looking for a job, but the last I checked my bank account is reading negative, even debts, woww! Things can't continue like this! If I can get some help, cos I don't even know what to do now! Just confuse! So worried too.

Everything is not just working fine for me in getting a legitimate job. All my savings have all gone for transportation from one job interview point to another. I even travelled to KANO metropolis from the east shortly after my service year because a friend advised me that I will get a job but I couldn't after I spent about 17,000 Naira for transportation during the journey . I came back to Lagos to look for something doing, I attended Aiico insurance marketing training with no salary only commission based but after about 2 months no one is buying insurance.
The painful part was that , I went for another job training with an outsourcing firm hoping after the last stage I will get the job 35k monthly, but we are all told to go home.
I have been hustling from one Interview to another with all my savings depleted as the transportation expenses in Lagos in killing . Uncles deserted me just because I asked them to help me for a job,they stop picking my calls.

My mum is looking up to me, she's ageing already.

Please I call on all well meaning Nairalanders who God has lifted up, please come to my rescue. I need to gain back my sanity. I just need a job.

Pardon my writing . I am really depressed.

Case resolved. I escalated the case and reported with many agencies after much research but the FCA picked up the case and forwarded to the Financial Ombudsman Services. My account was eventually released and I have my account back.

People should be careful of a new scheme called Stakkers, someone a pastor woman whom I was close to got me to get into this scheme which promises so much and are never willing to pay. They promised to pay for twice a month for a period of 10 months, theu paid for a for few months months and since then it's voicemail. To show that this these people are not sincere when u complain they delete the complainer from their group. People are losing funds just like me.

Bad experience for other to learn. These people are bad like POTUS will say very very very bad and wicked. With no integrity.

I am considering going back to school or focusing on my business and forget about school.

I am 37 years old, married with 3 children and also a university school drop out.

I am self employed. I have a registered construction company and a mini tools and equipment rental shop. Presently i earn an average of 250k per month from the two business and i am still expanding.

I communicate very well that u may not believe that i am a school drop out.

I always feel that going back to school is not a need since google is there to solve and answer many of my problems when the need arise, though i may be wrong.

Pls not that i am not an illiterate. I have on my own studied some courses online but the problem is that i don't have a certificate.

I have that mindset of ''no need of jampacking my brain with many knowledge that i can easily get from google store'' my believe is that internet is here to solve my life and business problem so no need for all the certificates, though i may be wrong.
i also believe i can employ people with certificate to do the job for me if the need arises. for now i have one graduate in my payroll

My question is do you think i may need that certificate tomorrow? Should i go back to school or should  i use focus on my business expansion to give my children the certificate i did not have?

Pls help me as i may be wrong and don't want to make a mistake that i may regret

Please I need good advise. I work in the Bank but due to instability and insecurity in banking jobs, I want to know which other business I can venture into to give me another source of income. Just last week, a colleague of mine was disengaged unexpectedly. I work from 8am to 5pm everyday excluding weekends. I wish I could have a backup in case of any eventuality. Thank you.
