forex trading involves lots of learning especially price action. there are lots of video online which you can watch . also do some readings about price action and candle stick

it can be done same way you transfer cash to another savings account. if you have some one that operates dollar account and has internet banking, the person can fund your own by transferring via internet banking

you can use it in more than 10 blogs and earnings will still be recorded. although if you selected the restriction option to only display ads on blogs you added to adsense, then you would be missing some earnings from blog you did not add to your adsense account. so check your adsense to see if the restriction is enabled
