Errmm.... I tried to remove already set security question from my fiverr account, so I was asked to provide answer to the security question.... But the answer I provided was being rejected by the system,...stating "wrong answer".... But I was very sure it's correct.

But I just tried with a PC now and it's been successfully removed! Thanks!

In a case like this... You have confirmed that he actually sent the withdrawal to an email that is attached to your PayPal... The money cant be returned to his Fiverr ...

If you don't have the money yet as u claimed, it is still coming to your PayPal...

In this case, a well known exchanger will pay for the funds to avoid trash ...

You don't have to be an exchanger before they tag you one. My client that I mentioned only transact once in a month too and only earn from fiverr.

Don't email them, it will take forever to reply! Chat with them or call them if you have enough airtime.

The reason why they hold payment is when either the sender or the receiver is flagged already. That is either the receiver received too much funds within the last 30 days or the sender sent a lot within same period. ( that's if the fund is clean)

They are already aware that Nigerians are "exchanging funds" for cash as against using the card on the ATM which drops 3$ for them per withdrawal. They told one of my clients that he is an exchanger and they ban him from sending and receiving from other members.

Just contact them for formality sake, cos they don't care anymore. If you are lucky the person will tell you same that you are exchanging for cash. Otherwise, you will still be posted and only at their own desired time they will release the money back to the sender and possibly ban the two parties.

Let the buyer check his "payment history" on payoneer cos truth is payoneer funding takes less than 30 minutes to reflect in the receiver's account if the source of funds doesn't have issues.

Can fxtizzle send you a screenshot of the notification he received from payoneer after he initiated the transfer.
