For those who have not received december allowance, go to Npower official Facebook Page and submit your details in the format requested on the page.

Npower just posted this information on their Facebook Page few hours ago.

Also, endeavor to like their page so that you can receive future updates on the Npower scheme and not be left out.

The Official Page is : Npower.
It has more than 40k likes, so don't mistake another page for it.

I hope this helps those concerned.

for those of you posted to owerri municipal,on 17th of this month i went to the office where the verification was done to inquire about status of postings. an elderly woman i met at the office told me the ad hoc staff designated for the npower program didn't give them any information as regards the postings. they only carried out the verification processes and left, no news from them since then...
Thanks for the update.

kasany and chinma414, you both have not been paid and that is worrisome, but calm down first, and figure out the way forward.

You were supposed to keep checking your NPVN profile daily, that's where you missed it.

Find a way to contact N-Power directly and lay your complains, especially if you did the verification last December.

I also think i may be partially responsible for this, during our courtship, i use to lavish her with very expensive gifts. which to me shd nt be a crime
OP, listen to me. The QUOTED is the single source of your present tragedy. You alone are the sole cause of your predicament, and your wife is not to blame here.

You set a high standard for her during courtship. She has gotten used to that standard. And now you expect her to 'use her brain' to understand that you were just being romantic then. So what stops you from 'continuing' to be the romantic spender now? Or is she no longer worth it? So stop painting her as unreasonable or wicked. She is just being human, as we all are creatures of habit.

The way forward now, is for you to have a heart to heart talk with her, and explain things to her apologetically, because in my opinion, you deceived her during courtship and now you want things to change.

For the unmarried ones here, learn from this story. While you're dating your better half, be real, be honest and do not pretend.

InvestmentFraudulent Activities Of Diamond Bank And Staff On My Account (Pics) by fxtreme(op):
Fellow Nigerians, greetings to you all.

I write this post with the intentions of bringing to attention and curbing unethical practices going on within our financial system and Nigeria as a nation. It's very pitiable that a vast majority of Nigerians are docile and hardly ever stand up against vices affecting and threatening their civil rights and democratic privileges. I choose to be different.

So here's my story.

I have a savings account with Diamond Bank plc, opened and active since mid 2012.

Recently I was contacted by my account officer and informed to pick up my auto-renewed debit card at the branch where I opened the account, as my current debit card was expiring that month end. My account was charged N1,050 for this new card.

On explaining that I no longer reside in that state, I was then presented with the option of receiving my debit card wherever I wished. I accepted the offer and chose a specific branch.

I became a regular visitor at that branch, week in week out, yet my card never came in. I complained and was asked to be patient. When I got fed up, I called the customer care line directly from the bank, and was reassured that the case will be looked into.

Few days later, I got an e-mail which stated that my card had been hotlisted - in other words, destroyed - which according to the bank is a security measure to protect customers from fraud. A card that I was charged for, and never saw with my eyes.

This was the last straw that broke the camels back, as I have already been fed up with the bank's inefficiency and incompetence in the past.

So I went to close my account in peace as a lawsuit would be costly and not worth the gain. But to my surprise, an official at the bank tried to dissuade me from closing the account. He offered to pay for a new debit card on my behalf. In order to not seem unreasonable, I allowed him.

Few hours later, my account was debited of another N1,050. I called him and he said I'll be refunded. Till date, there has been no refunds. The last time I was at the branch, all the staff denied having his contact or knowing his whereabouts.

This specific branch is the one at Okpara Avenue by Ogbete market junction, Enugu state. The culprit staff is well known as Ben.

This is a callout to the management of Diamond Bank PLC to refund my money and check the unscrupulous activities of their staff.

I hope this gets to the front page so that the owners of the bank can know how their staff are running their business.

Thank you.

The criteria are: I should be able to operate my business from anywhere.
Why not include a disclaimer notice in your posts. It is required by industry standards. You are not a newbie as you know the likes of Mark Ling of Affilorama.

Do well to let your prospects know fully well what they are about to get into - the hard work and time investment necessary. It indemnifies you and also helps you not earn a bad name for yourself if they fail to make success.

It takes a lot of hard work and time to begin to see success in affiliate marketing. If you are successful as you claim, then you definitely know this. Most people do not succeed in it, because they see it as an easy way to get rich quickly.

I've been doing this since 2007, I guess I'm someone worth listening to.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Help Me Urgently Before I Lose My N-power Opportunity by fxtreme(m): 10:44am On Dec 26, 2016
This is really bad conduct from the FG and those in charge of N-Power

I can relate to your ordeal. I nearly missed out on physical verification too. No SMS, no email, no updates on dashboard, yet verification was ongoing at LGA. I was just lucky that a friend who knew I was selected for N-Power called to tell me that verification was about to end, so I rushed immediately to the LGA. I'm in N-Power Agro Imo state.

What does it take to inform selected candidates on their dashboards if I may ask?

Or are we psychics to figure out their agenda?

This is very bad. Nigeria bothers me. Nigeria and incompetence are like 5&6.

Please seun , lalasticlala , mynd44 , 1forall , CrazyMan a sister needs your help here.

dorry62:
Freeze you don't just get it.
The thing's not just drinking beer/alcohol it's getting drunk that's where the sin lies.
The 1Tim5:23 you quoted stated clearly 'take a little for thy stomach's sake.FOR THY STOMACH'S SAKE o freeze.
And the reason paul said that was because the water at that particular place wasn't so good for the stomach.

In proverbs there's a verse that says loosely translated a king should not take wine(alcohol) what d'you have to say to that freeze? grin grin
I'm not against anyone drinking alcohol but don't just get drunk.

The OP just said a truth, which is meant to be an advice to the ladies for their own good. But most will see it as an attack and lash out at the OP, these are the very ones guilty of the faulty mentality.

To the ladies, if you have a man who wants to marry you just for you to stay at home to raise his kids, then know that he is just using you to chase his dreams.

As harsh as the above sounds, most ladies are okay with it as it's an easy way out of their financial troubles because they are just lazy.

Heck, what's my bother anyways - most females don't even have dreams, or their dream is to just get married.

Benita27:
Why don't they have vision?, shouldn't they have investments and landed properties?.
You did not mention investments in your example.

If they have investments that generate income for the family then they are on point.

But if it is only the SHELL jobs as you said earlier, then that is no vision in my opinion.
RomanceRe: Financially Dependent Ladies Who Talk About Marriage Lack Vision by fxtreme(m): 3:32pm On Dec 24, 2016
Benita27:
I beg to differ bro @ the embolden. Let's take a look at two real examples. grin

My landlord is a Yoruba Muslim, works with shell BP, wife Yoruba too who's a degree holder, but for some reasons she's a full house wife. mind you, he has money to set up a business for her if he won't let her go into the labour market to scout for jobs, but he didn't, their first child is 14 so you can guess how long they've been married. I see it as they're doing what works for them in their marriage.

Second lady is a Uniben graduate, her husband works with Shell too, now he asked her not to work but pays her salary for seating at home on monthly basis, grin and is working for them...i wouldn't say it's because these men are not enlightened, they have their reasons.

I personally wouldn't want to be one of these wives in the future, still can't condemn such women for their decisions cos marriage is about compatibility, if a man is ok with his wife not working, and the wife is ok being a full house wife, then so be it.
And that shows the both men have vision, right?

So what if they lose their jobs? Or do they own the jobs?
