GTBank
#Throwback

Looking at an Old GT chart and notes

May 2017
- SP broke thru N30 levels , price was breaking 2014 and 2015 highs and was making new 7 yr highs
- I used to argue a lot with TA , because of my old beliefs was always in conflict
- Made money buying breakouts, but looking back , it was small money ... long story for another day
- anyways , GT like many others went on much higher dan mkt cud explain or imagine ..

FF Sept 2018
- SP is back at that dat same level
- now i listen to TA and dont argue with trends or breakdowns
- mkt will rise or drop much more than u can expect ..

personal lesson:
be aggressive in up trends (52wk brk outs etc) and Caution wt down trends , both wont make sense, try to ff ur rules nt ur emotions

A retest seems more likely at the moment. Am more concerned if it will break down and remain below. DangCem bouncing back immediately after a re-test might spoil the 15% am targeting to loot.

#UltraShortTrade.
- d probability of a break down is high ..
- bounces under the kumo / long term trend never offer d best risk to reward

I appreciate bro, my marriage to Zenith here is for better for worse. Either I exit with profit (sept-mar) or I make do with the yearly dividend (N2.45k-2017) which ever comes first, am ok buying below N20 today.

@N20 & N2.45 dividend...12.25% dividend yield is fine.
nice one ! we go join u at some point

DangCem (mkt cap N3.5 trn)
- we may see a retest of that 52 wk low
- weekly shows a break down (opposite of a breakout in an uptrend ) currently trading below its '' Lowest Weekly** Closure ''

una go dey alright las las...zenith N9 GTB 15 patience is a virtue. Na today! 2 days bull we would near different story here grin

I don enter zenith today, countdown to my exit begins (Sept-Mar)
- gradually oh pls , downside risk remains high i beg
- SP is on its 7th consecutive lower monthly closure . . . wt over head ss building up, mkt remains irrational longer than u can expect
- wud be nice to see if SP can reject its monthly low at some point
- too many red flags brother
- last last , use wide stop loss to calc position size wt risk limit at max 2% or 1% sef of capital

Ucap
- to d brother dat asked

Trend
- SP still under the 50dma (meaning bearish trend persits where sellers are more eager to let go blah blah)
- in summary downside risk shud nt be ignored, shii can happen

Outlook
- expect further consolidation moves btw 3.30 to 2.80 , a break above or below dis range changes things
- let me stop here
Update: Red Flag

- SP broke below the lower range today , making a fresh 52 week low
- expect more new lows to come
- 2.40 (or 61.8fib level is next level to watch

Most cases of loss of capital have such mindset behind them. A lion share of the school fees I paid was caused by that thinking.
a very expensive and traumatic sch fees for me too loll.
What makes trading such a art (IMO) is d fact many things can't be thought or some things need a personal experience to get a deeper revelation of our flaws & self sabotaging systems. I think it brings us closer to who we are on a deeper level thu d ups and downs and in btw
