Some 'reports' from BBC want me to believe that Boko haram took the town RENAMED IT, only to loot and then....withdraw; they werent chased out by the military #ClassicBBC. Well the BBC has to add a dampner to remove from the hardwork of the military. #BokoBroadcastingCorp Hausa Coven |

datolee: I think maybe we should rewind to you initial statement which you presented as fact
I will ask you again, with the evidence provided, do you still stand by your fact that Buhari initiated the Warri and Kaduna refineries? Please, go through my post here, I have always highlighted the keyword, initiated.
My simple argument is that he did not initiate any refinery as NNPC chairman... Fact number 1
He did not sign the contract for Warri refinery ... fact number 2
The question of who signed the contract is subjective, I could say it was signed by the petroleum minister, that is if there was one then. Since we do not have the document, it is very difficult to say who signed the contract on-behalf of Nigerian government. Nowhere in the report did it say that the contract was between NNPC and CHIYODA CHEMICAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF YOKOHAMA. serious man-marking going on here... Hehehe..no space for manuevering..lolz |
