If I am Rochas,I will request all professionals in Imo State who want to be appointed in his cabinet to write their program of action for the respective ministry they want to head,submit their C.V and the shortlisted candidates should be asked to defend their programs on t.v before judges and live audience.
The ministry is the life wire of any administration,if he want to be Nigeria next president,he should try and make imo state a model for governance in nigeria.
Appointment should not be used to compensate campaign financiers and party loyalists.There other ways to show appreciations to party men.
I pray Rochas will think of this idea, and other dynamic thoughts that will make him Nigeria Messia.
