I need your guidance and advice for a leaglly married Female DV2014 selectee that just had a new baby in August and already received 2NL from KCC for interview in october 2014. Based on the letter from KCC, this was stated ("The Kentucky Consular Center has completed the processing of your case and forwarded it to the interviewing office. Further inquiries should be addressed to the interviewing office listed above. When communicating with the Embassy/Consulate either by telephone or letter, always refer to your name and case number exactly as they appear below.If any documents are listed below as incomplete, please present the completed documents at the time of interview").

The selectee desires to inform embassy ahead of time date & include the new baby as part of the beneficiaries. Please how do we contact the embassy & what information she needs to provide. The contact address provided in the letter was postal address (EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES, VISA UNIT,2 ELEKE CRESCENT,PO BOX 554,LAGOS,NIGERIA).

Great forumites. A DV 2014 selectee scheduled for interview in octber just had a baby which she intends to include in the beneficiary list. She had earlier mentioned this with a covering letter during the time she submitted her form.

Right now, she needsyour counsel on whether to contact them on the development right away & how could she intiates that.

virginofafrica: a petitioner is someone who is solely seeking for something, so you are the petitioner and in that place your details should be there, ar for the occupation you should put in the work you wish to do there, and any other one that you could not fill just put in N/A. Remember it 30 minute for each question. Be careful and success await you.

Petitioner = DV Winner or the principal applicant

Occupation = Intended occupation in USA in line with SVP

Passport Photo = Write name & Ref Code at the back, u may put in a seperate envelop & clip to your form

If i may ask, can someone help with how & where to obtain the birth certificate (as per DV specification) in Lagos & Oyo state.

virginofafrica: for me i sent my form and all necessary document yesterday and today i am going to process my passport and then wait for further instructions. and am going to call them just an hour from now

A female selectee scheduled for interview in october just had a new baby & would like to know the process/procedure for including the new born baby on the beneficiary list.

She already mentioned to DV through a covering letter at the time of submission the form that she is an expectant mother. My wonderful people kindly assist with the way forward either she needs to contact them before the day or how to contact them.Earnestly expecting your feedback.
