NCC is the best agency in terms of remuneration under Ministry of Communication, they pay so well but we also have NIGCOMSAT under same Ministry that doesn't come close to what NCC pays in allowances and Salary. Summarily, it's not about the Ministry where the agency is under.

NNRA is a regulator as well, by standard it should be on par with the likes of NNPC and NUPRC but that's not the reality. NNRA isn't what most of you think here. Lower your expectations

TRUTH is You don't know nothing about NNRA. You should have been humble enough to do ur research like I advised u earlier.
Mind u all the agencies under the ministry of petroleum including NNRA and PTI uses the same salary scale, their difference is in allowances/upfront. You fit still argue this one coz I'm sure u didn't know this.

NNRA isn't an A-agency. They don't pay upfront. They don't generate any revenue so the salary might not be what you expect. When we mention upfront it's majorly the likes of NNPC, NUPRC, NMDPRA and some other few that pay upfront

You should do some more research on the agency sir. Not so loud but they generate some revenue and u might be wrong about them not paying upfront. It's an agency under the ministry of petroleum resources remember.

The quality of education in the public university is not the fault of the poor student but a deliberate failure of the government who intends to reserve quality education for their children alone. Surprisingly sir/ma you are blaming the victim while exonerating the oppressor. Trust me no poor man that can afford a private university will send his child to a public university where even the lecturers are enemies of the poor student.

I could remember some of our seniors failing Maths 101 (a course 1 credit unit). Lecturer is telling students to answer 3 questions in exam for such units, isn't that wickedness?

Slot sharing is the result of many graduates. When we had lesser graduates, we heard FG/Firms were forcing people to take jobs at their organizations.
Our parents used to enjoy free meals in school then, how about today?
We don't have enough working institutions to hug graduates.

It's not by a rich kid getting a first-class from a private university, most of them will not even smell a 2nd class if they go through a public university. Don't judge any poor man by his degree wen life didn't avail them equal opportunities.
Truth is life is hard for the common man in Nigeria. The worst is not the politicians diverting all the job slots, the worst is the people telling the poor man that the rich man's kid who got the job without advert, exam or interview is more qualified than the poor man.

This is the reality on ground, and it has never been this bad. If you check the number of agencies that recruited/replaced from January to Date, almost all were shared based on slots (NNPC considered merit tho).
Most offers are now coming through connections with big names, C/O.

When people apply, get shortlisted for exams and u dare tell them the truth you will be mobbed as an enemy of progress. If u remember NCDMB, REA and its likes but it is what it is. If u are shortlisted do d best u can with the exams and screening but don't forget to still look for connections if u can. The country is sinking the more everyday 😭

According to the NYSC Boss, 400000 (four hundred thousand) graduates have been mobilized this year excluding those that were exempted. This figure is projected to hit 650000 next year by NYSC. This suggests we may not have less than 5million unemployed graduates currently in Nigeria fighting for the meager federal job openings in 2025.
I want a federal government job, you all want a federal government job. I pray myself and you reading this piece gets a federal government job but wisdom also demands we do not pretend about the truth......Not everybody will get a federal government job.
At 30+ it's no bad idea if we prepare for life without government job while we keep giving our best to get it, if it comes glory to God. If it doesn't our life wouldn't be a waste.
Just looking at it from the other perspective.......some may call it pessimism but I prefer to term it reality.

This recruitment (Fire Service Specifically o) Engineers look like they're going in at level 9 with BSC, please this only applies to engineers and is alleged until you see that it becomes a reality on paper, but that's what I saw on the recruitment site when I went to peep after the portal opened, I've been wondering if it was an error ever since but when the recruitment was postponed and went live again after a week, it still read Engineering (09)

It's not an error, fire service take engineers on level 09 (2stars). My advice to the guy though is to be CAREFUL with PEOPLE WHO TALK ABOUT REPLACEMENT WHEN THERE IS AN ONGOING RECRUITMENT. Replacement happens when the available vacancy is small say about 100-200 and a waiver is obtained to take in without advertisement but in this case 30000+ vacancies were declared and advertised, thereafter there was advertisement for experience hire in the case of fire service and here comes someone talking about replacement in the middle of the recruitment. The chances u are dealing with a scammer is very high because even after the recruitment is completed he will tell you to wait for replacement list which you will wait and be posted until you are exhausted.

Same thing we were lamenting here the other day that politicians share these apl and still post it on their handles to our face as if its the job of politicians to recruit staff for agencies. And guess what, ironically we unemployed youths clap for them that they are politicians that help. That apl was issued through the office of the SGF and I'm sure the sgf will either post it himself or be very glad the young man posted it that way as a verifiable proof for campaign purpose. Nothing and I mean nothing will happen. Pathetic right 😭😭

I doubt the transparency of this process, there's nothing you want tell me. FCSC should prove me wrong. Definitely they will apply their tactics. Application that was done four months ago and still counting, nothing has been heard about it till date.

They have been issuing APLs through HOR members, last two months or so it was all over Facebook. In this country the more u look the less u see, na to PRAY and hustle for CONNECT.
