I don’t know if you should doubt your connect or not. He might be telling you the truth. But I received my text this night. I was told more will receive their text by tomorrow. In the text you will be tld to come by 7:30 am on Monday for physical screening/ interview and medicals. And also to bring your original documents and two photo copies. You are to also come dressed in white t shirt, white shorts and sneakers.

If not that this is efcc, when u get this kind of msg u will most likely be issued APL on that Monday. It might go same way 4u guys sha. C.o.n.g.r.a.t.s.

This is not to discourage u and others that applied for NERC but don't put too much hope into it. CVs were collected last year and d recruitment process have been ongoing underground, they are gone past FCC stuff so when I saw d advert I knew they are done and just advertising to formalize the process.
NB; I'm not expecting apl 4rm there and I don't have any connection to get a job there, if I have I will get d job for myself so no dms pls I already said all I know. But if ur connect is 5g, shoot ur shot, 5g no de observe protocols.

See detailed process of how someone got a job through backdoor (and oh yes,he's proud of it and I am particularly happy for him) but some people will come here and be defending rubbish as if influencial and rich people cares who mentions their names and how they are fixing people in good organizations. The good thing is that we have on this very thread a few persons that have even confirmed their names on the final list and many others that received the same information I shared here from different sources.

@Gabicon20, I really don't have a clear answer to your first question, but anyone here that is privy to what is happening there now will agree that they say that they are waiting for the ES 'go ahead'.

It's obvious that the only thing that is possible between today and the end of April is hearing from them via emails, SMS or direct calls.

I only said what a Manager there stated towards the end of March. I even shared the voice note with some of my contacts here.

Everything is set. We're just waiting to hear from them and that won't be long from now again by God's grace. Thank you.

Certificate screening through employees institutions- few Federal organization do that not all. If all the Federal Government MDAs do certificate verification through employees institutions, people that are eligible for those jobs won't complained of lack of jobs. Do u know how many people in MDAs using fake certificate. My brother forget this country. Even those heading those MDAs; their certificate are fake.

Thats a serious allegation. Can u prove ur statement @bold that those heading d MDAs in Nigeria are using FAKE CERTIFICATES? Plz let us put emotions aside and be realistic when we interact. Is ur own certificate fake?

And yes, i think amagee did not fully read the question before he jumped to reply the post. And he replied the post in the opposite direction of the question. He never mentioned that his friend doesn't have a certificate. It's just a case of misinformation

Aspa class of degree it almost doesn't matter but it still matters in some agencies. I can bet u d guy with pass couldn't have gotten a lecturing job without a masters even if he was recommended by the president. And its not only in d universities, some agencies still have minimum requirement as a law in their service book which although sometimes is lower than d requirement advertised during recruitments. I have come across d handbook of an agency that advertise minimum 2.1 but minimum requirement in their handbook is 2.2 probably to narrow number of applicants. In this case a 2.2 with connection can still get d job because it meets up with d agency's rules even though it didn't meet up with d advertised requirement but a 3rd class might find it difficult to get it despite his connection. so the difference in the agencies minimum requirement and the advertised requirement might make u conclude it doesn't matter but sometimes it does. Its tricky though.

Only his name and maybe presumably qualifications was known by malami. That means malami did not even see his friend's certificate. He only sent out their names. It was during documentation that the friend presented his certificate.


I have a friend too that got job like that. He was assisted by a former head of state. The only thing the former head of state wrote down was his name and address. This guy received a call to come for his APL in Abuja.

It was during documentation that he presented his credentials and certificate. So what Amagee typed is very very valid. Go back and read Amagee post again.

#smiles# I'm not in doubt as to weather people get job via recommendation without 1st screening their certificate. But mind u the certificate eventually gets screened during documentation and subsequently get verified from the various institutions. u already said ur friend who got a job like that provided his certificate during documentation, SO IF HE DIDN'T HAVE A CERTIFICATE OR HAS A DEGREE CLASS LOWER THAN D JOB REQUIREMENT, WOULD HE HAVE BEEN GIVEN D JOB STILL. Do u know that the dss are deployed to verify certificates of fed govt employees down to first school leaving cert? the law cares less about what u believe he meant by what he said. He was asked a question to which he answered "yes of course" try going back to read what question was asked b4 he answered yes of course and followed it with d malami example. The question he responded to was also very clear. PLZ READ THE QUESTION HE ANSWERED AGAIN.

He didn't stop at saying it is possible, he went ahead to claim d whole ARTONEY GENERAL OF D FEDERATION(Malami) has aided and abbeted such b4 citing an example of his friend who got recommended by malami and how d process went. sirs/ma if only we know d legal implication of saying it is possible to get a govt graduate job without a degree/HND certificate in Nigeria and that d AGF(d chief custodian of d law) has helped to achieve such lawlessness b4, we will not over blame d guy who referred to that utterance as stupid. And then selling of slots is not the problem of Nigeria either. Let me engage u Sir. Do u know that those who buy the slots are ALSO NIGERIANS who have the right to work in those agencies and are most times qualified for d job in fact sometimes they are more qualified than those crying over job sales? Take for instance if there are 1000job vacancies and 10million unemployed graduates. If u like sell d job or take by merit, u will still be left with 9,999,000 graduates after the recruitment and both d 1000graduates who got d job either by merit or racketering and the remaining 9999000graduates who didnt get d job are all nigerians who atleast deserve to be employed. The real problem is that
1. our POPULATION has outgrown the available job vacancies because past leaders were not proactive and hence didn't plan ahead to gradually create additional jobs as the population grows. so u advertise 1500 job vacancy and abt 5million people applies and then about 1million out of 5million are qualified for d job. Let's be sincere if u are connected enough in such an agency and one of the qualified 1million is your brother what would u do? Get even the united states of America into such a state and u must see buying and selling of jobs in d US because naturally that is what happens when d "demand for a free essential commodity is far higher than the supply". NB; it will be worse in the coming years because this present set of leaders aren't any better and are repeating the same mistake as d past leaders.
2. Our education system has been murdered already so everybody targets the certificate and not the knowledge. They are so many courses that a bulk of its graduates ought to be employers and not employees but u find 99% of those graduates queuing for job even the 1st and upper class holders because they went through the department for the certificate and gained zero knowledge. Consequently the number of job applicants increases rapidly. Do u know they are engineering graduates in this country who didn't do ONE PRATICAL in d university? Have u wondered why a 1st class business management graduate is unemployed in Nigeria for 5yrs and still carries file looking for job?
3. The ECONOMY has been bad and is presently worse. The implications of this are
a. It makes d business environment unfavourable for intending entrepreneurs and directly increases the number of people queuing for the job.
b. It affects the productivity of graduates. A good percentage of students struggle through school financially and come 4rm backgrounds where family is already waiting for them to graduate and get a job so that everybody can have a taste of good life and then there is no stipend from d govt upon graduation. u know what this does to an intelligent graduate who did a creative course 4rm the university? IT KILLS HIS SENSE OF INVENTION. He's hungry, his younger ones are depending on him, he can never think about inventing anything new with d knowledge he has gained so even if he must act is to get a menear job to foot his bills for the moment and most of the time this is something outside his field and then in less than how many years he has forgotten everything he studied from school and has become UNEMPLOYABLE. If u want to know this ask urself right now to define ur course,. For instance if u studied mechanical engineering ask urself; what is mechanical engineering? If u are given 1hr to speak about mechanical engineering, how many minutes can u speak? This is why I told u that most times those that buy the job are even more qualified.
u see the problem of Nigeria is complex, its NOT job buying and selling and the solution cannot be spontaneous bcoz the problem didn't just happen overnight. The best we can do now is to vote and install visionary leaders who can think outside the box, identify the problems and START proffering solutions. It can't be done in just one day, maybe one tenor(4yrs) isn't enough, maybe 8yrs isn't enough but we must start now if we must save the next generation. AND FOR WE THE GRADUATES, WE MUST START THINKING OF WHAT WE CAN DO WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND NOT JUST WHAT WE CAN GET WITH THE CERTIFICATE.

Look at d speed he used to delete the apl he posted when it was challenged. what were u guys expecting 4rm someone who created a new account to say he saw firs list with his KOROKORO EYES and that apl issuance is been delayed because fg is yet to approve firs budget in march, then he later changed d word approve to disburse when he was told budget had already been aporoved. Him still de learn work but unfortunately he must have gotten some clients here.
