I just did this. I didn't appear for designer theme tho. The thing I noticed was that it reverted back my font to the original one.

If you mean deep sleep battery drain "bug". what I do is just switch off my data connection(I switch the phone most times though) before sleeping or anytime I know my phone will be inactive for long and hence enter deep sleep mode

To avoid stories, they won't accept it. But on another level, go to the post office u will use, ask them the option u have that u don't have id card. I did same and it worked for me
