I got this after applying for an online empowerment program but I don't know how true it is

Gunmen on Sunday morning burnt the country home of the Imo State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Declan Emelumba.

The attack at his Community in Ubulu-Ihejiofor in Oru West Local Government Area of the state took place in the early hours of Sunday.

The gunmen succeeded in setting on fire the two houses in Emelumba’s compound

A village source confirmed the incident and said that panic had engulfed the once peaceful community.

The source said “it was a terrific night. Nobody slept last night. People are just coming out from the bushes. The shooting was so much and people had to take cover in the bushes.”

Our source confirmed that soldiers were already being moved into the community to restore normalcy.
Our correspondent recalled that, a few days ago, gunmen attacked a neighbouring community, Ibiasoegbe, and killed three persons including a policeman in the attack.The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy who confirmed the attack told our correspondent that his country home was burnt down.

Emelumba who managed to say few words said “yes, it is true. My house in the village has been burnt down. It was completely razed. We don’t stay in the village. My gateman managed to escape.”

He refused to respond to our correspondent’s inquiry if the attack was politically motivated or not.

The Commissioner could not say if he was suspecting anybody or not.

Hi guys , please am in kind need of take on my current situation.

I applied for a canadian work visa through an agent with a down payment of 1miliom after which I did my biometrics capturing at VFS lagos .on

The problem now is that two months is almost gone and no feedback from the embassy and am seriously starting to feel the heat , I don't know if I should get my money back and start up a wine bar or wait for an update from the agent.

Anybody with an experience with situations like this with an agent should pls help me, am begining to lose my mind with my current state of joblessness and doubts of the legitimacy of the agent securing my visa.

This bawa idiot dey arrest youth, people of the same category as he is wey dey hustle to feed but would over look old politicians who loot the economy and has plundered the country into endless debt whom are also the major reason these youths have gone into cyber crime because the same politicians failed to provide the basic amenities we deserve, just because he was privileged to join the EFCC at a young age (25).
