Lizzy, your idea is quite good but let your husband be involved in it. And to douse his fears the land and house documents should bear your names ie Mr and Mrs. The house will be very useful for both of you and your husband at old age. It will more or less be ur pension and u may not have to depend entirely on ur children for upkeep.


I dont so much subscribe to the idea of building houses for the benefit of children because it may cause very big disagreement and rancour between them in future. The best you can do for your children is give them the best of education. On that you can open children education account for each of your child. The money will be usefull to them in future. I have an uncle who has been able to save over two million on each of his children's education account. Such accounts yield interest too.

My elder sister opened account for her children in first bank and the bank says that no money can be withdrawn from the account till each of the child is 18 yrs. I know that by the way she is faithfull in saving the money each child will have not less that 5 million in that account at 18 yrs of age.

@Madam poster,to me there is nothing to heed from others that should go contrary to this wonderful and God sent piece of advice.If you truely love your husband you will do what pleases him.I believe as  hobbies you shouldn`t do anything that doesn`t seem right to either of you.Both of you own each other and shouldn`t do anything that looks suspicious and/or selfish. Like she rightly said let your husband be involved that means let your husband see good reasons.If not, think of other wonderful things to do for the family.Things like investing in/for your children.

This is my own point of view and you can read meaning to it depending your disposition concerning your motive. Ask yourself the question "the house i want to build is it for us"? It must be Mr & Mrs`s house as far as you are a couple.

If u are willing to sell yours first, anti-Nigeria!If you will go outside please also deny Nigeria ok, And befor you know what you are doing you will be denying your family name when you must have been done with your state,LGA,Your village etc. Hope you will be prepared to go through that stress. But to simply say a positive thing your negative mind is decieving you .

I just hope that you are not in that shoes for long cos that place you will be runing to will surely reject you cos they are not your own.

Well for me I chose Dora Akunyili and Aliko Dangote.They are the two great Nigerians that have so much impact in Nigerian on a direct bases. my own argument is based on the very fact that they have affected you and I at the closest range possible.

Take Dora for example, she was able to fight the so called drug barons across the country and won her self an accolade that is not only sang in Nigeria but across the world. She created a record that made her strategies be sort for by western Nations,like the Americn govt, remeber her life was under intence danger but for her boldness and optimism,her dream is still seeing the light even while has left the field.

Then talk of Dangote, his huge contribution as an industrialist has sent across a wide range signal across the nation that he is great because he has achieved one thing that no Nigerian has been able to achieve individually since our national independence:creating the largest individual job network within a period of 10-15 year in his career as an industrialist.Asides the rumoured alligations on his initial sponteneous capital ,I still think that since concrete evidence when likened to Adenugas` are not certain then he still stand justified amidst the fact that he is channeling it to the interest of the common man within our society through creation of jobs and vis-a-vis goods and service and lastly puting foods on our table.Is not a enough a challenge to the Government of the day?

PLease thread mates ,open your eyes and read through and choose the right Greatness and not lips greatness like most Nigerian are good at. You must be active both  in words and in action, and these also must affect us Nigerians positively before you would qualify for my own personal greatness. Dangote and Akunyili are the two who fit such profile.If you agree with me just help me complete the list.

Please the pastor and men of God oh, imam oh,, should be excluded from this nomination because they are servant of God and should not be compared to anyone. To me they are all great Men of God so if YOu name one an Exclude one then you may be judging them and it is not good for you or them either.

We all know that the opposite attracts naturally. So that explains it if at all you are just being friends without all the innuendos attached then it takes absolute self control and reservations.
Everyone is right to me, because all are talking from what they know and some how have experienced.I don`t believe that anything is impossible.Hence if you have any friend of the opposite sex you don`t feel anything for then something some how is being sacrificed at both end of the game .
I do have a gal whom i initially felt something for but somehow along the line i saw a reason why i should just keep my urge withdrawn and some how convinced that i shall see her from then henceforth as a sister and that decision changed everything.i can now play with her even without the slightest of sex. at least for what i think it should now be, because i don`t know if it will change with time.

Another thing i now realized is that guys are different when compared to gals. Some girls don`t think about it like guys. understand me : i said "some girls" not all girls. but all guys are same whether you are a pastor,juju priest or anything.

Life is a big puzzle.we all woke up at a certain stage in life and somehow took a standing decision about ourselves and the society at large:The society we found ourselves,the kind of lifestyle we`ve lived all contributing to the molding of our character and mostly our believes.

Judging from the contributions all have made concerning the very issue at stake, you can rightly justify my locus standi. Religion is a very sensitive issue and should be treated sensibly.We all choose our path way of discussion based on what we believe is right and the truth, but that does not justify the reasoning that someone within the field of argument might be totally wrong and and that some one should or might be saying all that is correct and factual.

Whether you like it or not there is a being above,most supreme and mighty, whose power we cannot fully comprehend.He is the almighty GOD .His power rules the cosmos and direct the continuity of the universe.He is all knowing, forever being and perfect.

He proceeds in the spirit and everything that is living give glory to Him, through all forms of response. Just like a machine built by a man will do according to the laid procedures for which it was designed.

The greatest mystery about this almighty God is that He is a God of continuity.Hence, everything in cycle. Every process is in a cycle that must bring about a renewal of existence from/for the old occurrence.Now tell me: is this being a bad one or evil.

I don`t think He is. He has a motive that is being contested by a being which to me is evil,

Hence man seek power from this two.Either good or bad motive man does. the power you seek is very important to your status in life.But what i want to tell you is that Human,because knows there is a SUPREME being somewhere, overseeing things,tends to choose a way to reach HIM spiritually(directly or indirectly).

However, that does not justify the means that you might not be reaching HIM through a wrong knowledge, channel.etc.So the search for the true Almighty,Supreme GOD is a race for all races.It has always been like that.Christianity,Islam, Hinduism,Buddhism,paganism, just name it are the various means. However the evil one is very manipulating and deceptive and within this believes tend to manifest its powers to the extent you can not imagine.

I am a christian, and I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God whom He has sent to the world to redeem us from the deception of the the evil one. if you don't believe in this then you must have something you believe in but i hope you are very sure that you have a 100% assurance that you are in the right path. My bible teaches me that ignorance will not be an excuse.The principles of Christianity is perfect and does not exclude any race or color.

God only choose the Jews as a means of reaching out the Gospel to the world. BE careful and be calculative because your decision in life is important to your after life on earth.where will you be standing.

I am not trying to judge but try as much as possible to search for evil in your place of believe and confirm my notion. they r perpetrated and will continue. All you have to do is to know them and not be deceived. So the race is an individual race and not a collective race OK.

GOD LOVES YOU BEYOND WHAT YOU CAN IMAGINE IN YOUR HEAD.Just love Him back.
