3. Ever since then, I have sent personnel to and fro to his factory to rectify the fault.

His Machines we're not abandoned as he claimed. Just last weekend, our personnel was at your factory (before you even start your destructive campaign) to perfect the peelers and the fryers and there are working fine.

Let me refresh your memory, the peelers that you claimed were not working we're not installed that time. The engine we bought was not working fine so we returned it and had to wait till they have a new batch to replace it. Like I said, just last week, this has been rectified and the peeler, tested with live cassava.

The problem we had with the fryers is the electric motors. We don't fabricate electric motors and they had to be replaced which has been done and they're fine. You didn't know this because u are not always around. Your peelers were tested and they've worked fine, your fryers have been rectified too.

You may request for one of our personnel to come over and teach your supervisor how to use them effectively.

if you call someone who hasn't abandoned his mistakes and trying to rectify then a fraud, what would you call someone who sold you machines and abandoned them?

Your automatic presser works with a pump, which we do not sell. And I told your partner to give us time for those who sell them to install because all we do is fabricate the body. You came with your pressure again and I was forced to ask my boys to try and install them (something I told your partner that we are not the ones who'll install it.) Eventually, that was another mistake I did because now, i had to buy a new pump of 230k to replace that. Something I am still trying to gather the cash to do.

I would like anyone who av worked with to come out and confirm Mr Gideon's case.

Just because we had a problem with your Machines, doesn't make all our previous work a message. Thanks so much.

As you try to destroy my work, may God reward your greatly. Despite my effort to rectify your problem.

Now, for clarity, let me str with those who'll care to listen.


1. His machine were supposed to take exactly 8 weeks because they are much.

But Me Gideon works offshore and only has a limited time of grace to be on land. So he begged and asked for these process to be sped. My mistake? I bowed to pressure and the process was sped.

2. Even though I told him that we may have to finish up most during installation, he said all he want is to see his machines before he goes back offshore.

But that wasn't the case again. Once the machine was delivered. Mr Gideon changed his tone and wants some of the machines to work. Like the grater, sifter and pressers. I had to hire someone not working with us to do the Installation. Second mistake- that one marred everything that I had to replace a new grater. The guy eventually did the wrong installation.

WOW, Mr Gideon, I didn't even knw it was you. You did a great job there as you promised. Well, thank God I was honest enough.

I am yet to create a new group Sir. Av been talking to some producers who would be willing to contribute to the success of other greens in the business unlike the old group where the producers rarely contribute and when they do, they discourage but didn't close their own factory. I have already gotten 8 willing producers

My slight online absence is as a result of a slight problem with an installation gone wrong at a factory at Iseyin which has been very painful and I am trying frantically to correct. It was a rushed fabrication based on excited deadline and worst still, a wrong installation based on the wrong personnel which was also as a result of a deadline. (a very hard and unfortunate lesson to learn)

I am not willing to lose a client so, I am more concentrated on our fabrications to avoid such a repeat which has never happened before. That's why av been so busy offline and more detailing on delivery.

if compared with others, I will say 550,000 for our peeling Machine with the engine is better than the normal 800,000 to 1,200,000 being sold by our counterparts for the same 2.5tons/day capacity.

We have no control over the prices as the cost of materials used will be a big factor at setting the price

If after everything and you do not export the garri, you cannot make money. This is an established fact. The major source of income in garri processing is the exportation of garri to foreign countries. So, to learn the contemporary dynamics of garri export trade, click on the first link on my signature.

I believe if you'll like to advertise your service in relation to garri, it's cool. But you being absolute about only if you export gives you out as a novice.

Questions: are those at the open market also exporting?

If everyone export, who sells at the local market?

If those who sell at the local market are making loses, why will they continue

1. Between 15,000 and 18,000 per ton. Also, a 200 heaps or ridges of harvested cassava is equivalent to a ton.

2. Between 20 to 22 paint buckets. Thanks extra two is just as bonuses and it's not necessary but it's an incentive and motivation to gain more customers
