You dont get it. No one, not even PMB himself is questioning the gentlemanly status of GEJ. Deadly disease that put much resrictions to what you can and not eat.Imagine after all the hustle,management and endurance during my youthful days.When getting older and richer one doctor will say I shouldn't eat rice, poundy in fact all starchy food then tell me what's remaining to eat apart from wheat bread.

and you have to be moderately rich to afford to have the diseases.if not you may hardly survive due to the food,drugs and injection.

I initially thought it is a disease only for the elderly but now even young people are diagnosed of the disease
