PhonesRe: NCC Directs MTN To Scrap 10 Kobo Per Second Plans Effective Midnight by gbengaoa(m): 6:06pm On Jul 14, 2013
For all those that have been supporting this action of ncc, I need you all to know that the deceision is not good for the business. This is because it kills competition. So far, the price slash that we ærë experiencing in the industry now is due to the competition between different operators. 10years back, the average cost of calls to another network is around 50k/s but right now, it is around 20k/s and sms was around N15/page as against N4/page now, data was also around 20k/kb to around 5k/kb that is obtainable now. For me, NCC should allow competition
PhonesRe: How To Share Mb On Mtn Nigeria by gbengaoa(op): 11:50pm On Jun 19, 2013
Then try to share without changing your pin. To be able to share data you have to subscribe for a minimum of 250mb.
PhonesHow To Share Mb On Mtn Nigeria by gbengaoa(op): 8:28am On Jun 09, 2013
MTN customers can now Share data Bundle with loved ones on MTN Network.

This is entirely different from Data Gifting or Data Rollover that we are all used to.

Find steps below:

Simply dial *131*2# on your MTN line

*Register with option 1
*Change pin with option 2
*Purchase data as a Gift with option 3
*Do Data sharing with option 4

customer will get a notification sms with default Pin 0000 upon successful registration.

Customer will be able to change the pin by Texting CHANGE 0000 NEW PIN NEW PIN to 131. For instance (change 0000 1472 1472 to 131)

Customer will receive confirmation upon successful change of PIN.

Customer will be required to re-dial *131*2# and respond with option 4 to do Data sharing.

Customer will be required to ADD Beneficiaries (MSISDN) after which a notification parties.

Finally, customer will be able to initiate data sharing with his/her new data pin by entering the Beneficiaries MSISDN already registered.

Note that you must be on a minimum monthly Plan of 250MB to be eligible for Data sharing.

It simply means that other plans below 250MB will not be able to share data.

PoliticsRe: Yorubas Are Ungrateful To Obasanjo - Ahmadu Ali by gbengaoa(m): 10:50pm On Mar 17, 2013
mr Ali, I am so suprised that this kind of words will be coming out of your cerebrum and your bucal cavity can also open carelessly to say such baseless words towards the most advanced set of people in this country. First and foremost, we Yorubas are not zombies, we do not believe in useless followership like you do. We criticise our leaders constructively and we know when to say no to any form of oppression. We are a people with our own identity, who knows what we want, how we want it and when we want it and if we are not contended we send you packing. We decide for ourselves no one does that for us and that is what has made us the leading and the most peaceful region in this country. So mr ali, you need to go back and have a rethink and let your head control your mouth and always know those you can talk to carelessly. We are omo oodua, so be guided.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Signed An Agreement For One-Term - Aliyu by gbengaoa(m): 3:57pm On Feb 16, 2013
the issue is not an agreement but the common goal of a better nigeria. What I have noticed here is that we all fight for our region and cry about marginalization. Why can't we go for a regional system of government rather than fight about this selfish central government which as dragged us back as a nation.
