If company has a detailed online presence, just the reference letter will suffice. If not, additional document might be necessary.

I used Nysc and 2yrs job experience (paid in cash). Both school and company didn't have a detailed online presence. For the nysc I submitted reference letter from the school plus statement of account highlighting salary inflow.
For the company, I submitted reference letter and 6months payslips. I didn't get any ADR.

I had problems with some plants similar to what you had. Won't claim to know the cause but I did notice that it(wilting)started shortly after I applied fertilizer. I read somewhere that the fungal causing wilt can be aggravated by using excessive fertilizer(nitrogen in particular).
Prior to the wilting I also had some plants with yellowing and looked like magnesium deficiency. Tried to correct it but it didn't work. Then I saw an article on cucurbits yellows(try reading up on seminis.com) and I realised it was similar.
MY SOLUTION
I dont use npk again
I use more of manure
If I have to use synthetic fertilizer I dissolve very little amount in water and apply (crude fertigation)
I started spraying insecticides from week one. Now that its flowering and fruiting havent sprayed. Will use beauveria next and hope it works
If it is downy mildew the leaves will brown,dry up and die but it won't cause wilting, so I rule out downy mildew.
Will suggest you make more research yourself on the internet on causes and solution since you have all the pertinent info

There are at least three things wrong.

1) Malnourishment. I cannot tell a lot from looking at one leaf. There may be multiple nutrients deficient in the crops. But I can clearly see signs of Potassium deficiency. And your crop is in fruiting/harvest stage; when potassium requirements are at the peak. Apply generous quantities of potassium. Please go for Potassium Sulfate as much as possible. Avoid Potassium Nitrate. Nitrate will cause more harm than good....especially at this stage.

2) There are signs of insect attack. Probably beetles. You should be able to tell which insects are the culprit by observation. Insect traps might have been able to help you ID the insects; but I doubt if you have enough time to get that now. You need to find an appropriate insecticide to support the imiforce. Extensive beetle infestation can introduce bacteria infection (I think)

3) I suspect you Downy mildew. 'Suspect' because the signs from the picture you shared are not so pronounced. You may need to get additional fungicides to support the z-force. I doubt if you still have much room to reverse the DM. I think at best, you will be able to prevent it from getting worse until you get additional harvests from this set of production.

Crops are most susceptible to infection during fruiting. See them as 'pregnant'.

please how can I resolve this problem on my field, it's observed after the 3rd harvest, the leaves are dying from the base but starts with a spotted gold-like coloration, and then the leaves fall off

I've been using imiforce and z-force every 5-7days before this problem was observed.

yellowing of leaves is an indication of nitrogen deficiency. add NPK or urea to increase the nitrogen level of the soil

So far from what I have gathered being a learner farmer, it seems organic is cheaper.

Look across your street or neighborhood, there's some neem tree growing nearby which you can pluck for free or at most part with N100.

For fertilizers, approach any livestock farmer around you and get some manure for cheap price. The only problem is that you have to be patient for months to compost it.

If you want to do all that, how about your weed control? I am talking about a large scale farming here, are there way through which you can do that also?

I want to belive that if you are a practical farmer, you should be have a target market. The Nigerian market is not there at organic or inorganic yet. And looking at the cost, you many end up on the deficit side and run out of the farm.

Weldone brother. It's a good step. But in your land preparation, the cost is extremely high and this will really affect your profit margin but this can only be brought down if you have a lease agreement for more than 3yrs. I will suggest that you should try and look I to sourcing labor from other farmers within the location of bring in laborers from other location to cut you cost.
As regards going organic for weed control, that will also impact on your production cost and at the moment the Nigerian market is not particular about organic or inorganic produce.
This is my observation and submission from my little time on the field.
