There is nothing confusing in my write-up. The E-passport started in 2007 with electronic registration only, but the Government fully launched the enhanced one in January 2019 with modernized security features both for the 10-years and 5-years ones. The pictures I posted show the clear difference.

Normal passport has its inside as PINKISH colour(old one, second picture I posted).

E-passport has its inside as BLUEISH colour(new one, first picture I posted).

If the inside of your passport is not BLUEISH in colour, it is not the new E-passport.

However, if you think the normal passport you have is the one now required by German embassy, I wish you good luck.

Kindly refrain from confusing people. The embassy did not say new enhanced E-passport or new Harmonized E-passport. They said E-passport.
A lot of people are already worried with this! Whether old passport or new, as long as it is still valid, IT IS AN E-PASSPORT. please check with authorities to confirm what you are saying. It is unfair to bamboozle people for whatever reason.
Meanwhile, I travelled with my E-passport (the old one) last December to France and Germany. There was nothing like this we are arguing about.
E-passport is E-passport regardless of the old or new status and it is VALID as long as the expiry date borne on the data page has not elapsed.

Don't be confused please and don't confuse others.

E-passport is not only the new passport. The old one is the very first E-passport. As long as your passport is still valid, you have E-passport. Don't get confused please.

I saw on German Embassy Abuja booking Site, this morning, for one of their services asides Visa. There were dates. It means that the Abuja Embassy is open. Why Lagos arm hasn't opened is what I am yet to understand

What I uploaded was just original document and they give me an OKAY. Infact one of them already gave me admission.

Bro, take it easy. What the other guys are saying is the fact. The School you applied to probably has a different method from usual. Likewise, due to the corona virus lockdown issue, some could have considered soft copy to ease application. However, they would still require certification.
Kindly make your contribution stating your peculiar situation. If not others could be mislead and fall into a pit.

Fully funded scholarship has already taken care of all financial requirements. Just be prayerful, get necessary documents and do the medical test. Then you are good to go. Get further information from the embassy's website.

If the U.K increased it to 2yrs how many years will you be given in Germany?

Did I hear you say that tier4 visa processing is rigorous ? Then German one will be a trip to hell and back.

Soft copy of AL ? Yes. Soft copy of SL? At some point you still need the authentic copy to be sent to the German Consulate before visa can be issued. Infact your sponsor should find a way of sending it before your interview date-your best shot.

I need to be sure and clear.
After applying online for student visa and getting a response mail, how do you show you have funded your block account and have received admission letter before AD is received?

No! You need not write anything again. What you have is enough. Get your certificates - Waec, neco, BSc etc , transcripts. Certify them and do accodingly. May God turn things in our favour.

You scan ( to uni-assist) all your certified documents e.g waec, neco, bsc or HND Certs, Transcripts and language proficiency certificate ( if necessary for your prospective application). You will send the original certified copies of all required certs and docs. You should not send your Original documents.
For anyone that lives in Lagos and wants to Certify Documents, you can contact me for a notary public's contact.

There are good schools in Hannover and Berlin.
You can work after getting ur permit after a month.
I've got cousins over there and they made close to €2500 a month if you hustle hard.
