Can you recommend an engineer in Lagos preferably?

My sister's iPhone 6 had a swollen battery so I took it to an engineer to get the battery changed only for it not to boot past the Apple logo. The engineer tried another battery but it still wont boot to start, then he suggested a restore. Oya do restore nau, the thing would just load till about 80% on iTunes and then stop then he said the panel might be bad. I just asked him to return the battery, collected my money back and left.
