From my knowledge of real estate as a consultant, both methods have their pros and cons

Firstly, Buying a house is a good idea under the following circumstances:
(1) If you are not domiciled in the country or are involved in the kind of job that would make frequent physical inspection impossible. This is to ascertain that the work of the architect and the engineer is in line with the building plan and the quality of material usage is good.

(2) You encounter a huge amount of cash and you need to tie down real estate as such cash cannot match the time frame for building from the scratch coupled the temptation to spend money on other things as well.

(3) You encounter a distress sale offer that's too good to be turned down. People sell their properties for lower than the market value when they are in desperate need for cash.

While most people are familiar with the numerous advantages of building from the scratch, it is pertinent to point out that there are certain underlying factors to be able to enjoy these benefits

Although I am an avid supporter of President Buhari cos of his many stellar achievements, honesty and integrity, it's things like this(his softness) that's making me not very happy with him. Why sit and watch wicked elements and fake news purveyors run this country aground? What's stopping him from declaring war on enemies of Nigeria and fake news merchants?

President Buhari is TOO SOFT for my liking.. If he were Obasanjo or Yaradua or Goodluck Jonathan, would criminal elements like Sowore, Aisha Yesufu and their cohorts dare attempt one quarter of the nonsense that he (President Mohammadu Buhari) has tolerated from them?

And by the way, what happened to the Social Media regulation bill? Seriously, I am not happy with the way things are going.. I just hope Nigeria survive the wrath of these fake news vicars before PMB comes up with a decisive solution.

(1) We need to understand that the media propaganda wing of the Nigerian Army is so strong.

(2) For the Nigerian Army to have resorted to threat through its funded NGO, it means all underground method to divert the course of the investigation have failed including coercion and bribe.

(3) The south is always used as the mouthpiece to cover the dastardly acts of the evil doers of this country. Even the army spokesman that came out to say the video was doctored is a Southerner

(4) Amnesty International is an independent, unbiased and incorruptible international organization that prides itself in making investigations before reaching conclusions on global issues. The Nigerian Army has found out that the result of their findings would not be favourable hence the need for threats.
