Light situation here is still the same, my generator steams every night, it has been on almost every night since last year, my useless governor hasn't paid January salaries and it's almost the end of February. My friend in River State University of Science and Tech. has been paid by the same Amaechi who some fools claim doesn't pay salaries or has used state money for campaign.
