richmond500: Not bad, last year I lost everything due to a bad investment plan, omo, depression nearly wound me, I had to run back to the village to start from scratch, I started from selling kerosene to learning barbing with only 7k on me at the beginning of the year.
I have been able to make N100k now, I plan to make more so I can go back to the city again and restart my hustle.
I am still standing strong Sha, there are times when life will test ur limit. I have come to the understanding that there is a time to cry and a time to laugh will surely come This is quite motivating. Cheers bro! |

I will NEVER allow someone like this OP pass the night in my house because we'll have problem, I always make sure my house is tidy 24/7.
There're four categories of people I don't relate with.
1. Dirty
2. Lazy

Romance › Do You Think This Is Normal?? by GeneralKoko(op): 9:44am On Apr 15, 2023 |
I need advice on something urgent.
I grew up in a house where I don't get to do much chores. Somehow before. I wake up,all the house duties would be done by someone. So most of the time,I have been nonchalant about chores and all.
This has affected me in some way. If I live with someone,I'd leave all the chores to that person. I don't know why. Anyone I live with complains about this. Since,my level 100 in school I have always received complains from my friends that I'm nonchalant about chores and I do not take responsibility. This has also made them to labour me as lazy and I hate it a lot. Now in my 400level I decided to rent a place and stay alone and learn to be disciplined and take responsibility. It was going fine and good cuz there's literally no one to save me. If I don't cook,I won't eat. If I don't sweep,my house would be dirty. If I don't dispose waste,my house would smell. So I kind of started getting used to it all. But there's a problem now. My friend needed an accommodation howbeit temporarily but days have turned to weeks and weeks to almost a month and now I have relapsed again and the whole talk of you're lazy is beginning to resurface.
What do you think??

GeneralKoko: That people can afford to take their children to high end tertiary institutions in Nigeria or abroad does not necessarily mean that they are high earning individuals. It only means that they are intentional and have made a plan for the future through intentional investments.
Speaking about intentional investments, you can invest or purchase a property for or in the name of your child. This properties will appreciate while they grow and can be dedicated to there education! How smart is that? Rather than worry about the uncertainty of the future, invest and earn in the future. Invest in The Òra! The Ora is a serviced estate located in Epe, Lagos. It is in a strategic location and the value of the properties here are appreciating astronomically!! The value of lands in Epe has appreciated by 100% in the past 5 years and it will appreciate even more with the developments set to take place which includes, the Lagos international airport,Epe.
