It was from my server, it caught a malware from jetpack.

Most people do not know the dangerous effects posed on them by the use of their cell phones.  The most important thing you need to know right away is that your phone sometimes transmits a stronger (and therefore more hazardous) signal, while at other times it will transmit very weakly or not at all.

Here are few illnesses and ailments that have potential links to cell-phone radiation:
• Cancer
• Brain tumors
• Alzheimers
Parkinsons
• Fatigue
• Headaches

Studies have only muddled the issue. As with most controversial topics, different studies have different results. Some say that cell phones are linked to higher occurrences of cancer and other ailments, while other studies report that cell-phone users have no higher rate of cancer than the population as a whole.

No study to date has provided conclusive evidence that cell phones can cause any of these illnesses. However, there are ongoing studies that are examining the issue more closely.
So, scientists are currently unsure.

It is unrealistic to tell the world to stop using cell phones. However, it is important that the world is aware of the dangers we may face because of cell phone radiation.

Parents should especially heed this advice, as children are most susceptible to radiation damage during their tender years of growth.

Here are some important tips to minimize exposure:

1. Keep some distance – hold your cell phone as far away from your body as possible.

2. Use a headset (wired or Bluetooth) to keep the handset away from your head.

3. Do not press the handset against your head. Radio Frequency (RF) energy is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source -- being very close greatly increases energy absorption.

4. Limit the length of mobile calls.

5. Use text (SMS) instead of voice wherever possible.

6. Put the cell phone on speaker mode.

7. Use your phone where reception is good. If the radio signal is weak, a mobile phone will increase its transmission power. Find a strong signal and avoid movement.

8. Metal and water are good conductors of radio waves, so avoid using a mobile phone while wearing metal-framed glasses or having wet hair.

9. Let the call connect before putting the handset to your ear or before you start speaking and listening – a mobile phone first makes the communication at higher power and then reduces power to an adequate level. More power is radiated during call connecting time.

10. If you have the option, use a landline (wired) phone rather than a mobile phone.

11. When your phone is ON, don't carry it in chest/breast or pants pockets. It might harm your fertility or your heart. When a mobile phone is ON, it automatically transmits at high power every one or two minutes to check (poll) the network.

12. Reduce children's mobile phone use, as a younger person will likely have a longer lifetime exposure to radiation from cell phones.

13. People who have active medical implants should preferably keep the cell phone at least 15cm away from the medical implant.
* While purchasing a mobile handset, check its SAR(specific absorption rate ) value. This can be found on the internet if you know its make and model.

14. The RF radiation is increased by mobile phones when used in a car to overcome the window shielding. So try to reduce such use or stop it altogether.

15. Limit calls inside buildings.

16. Use the phone in open spaces as often as possible.

I noticed whenever I activate All in one seo or yoast seo,my blog loads very slow and sometimes may lead to error which is very bad for user experience.

Currently, I've deactivated them, now my questions are:

-have You experienced this before? if yes how did You overcome it?
-Is there any other good seo plugin that has light weight?
-can I do without seo plugin and still rank in Google?

This post might seem a little similar with what you’ve heard over time concerning Adsense application and approval but I’ll still like to summarize my own experience of the process. It had a couple of rough, disheartening moments but I thank God I prevailed. And as for those who are still applying, keep trying, correcting mistakes and surely you will get approved someday.

I actually started blogging late last year though I had a blog before which I shut down due to personal reasons. This one is co-owned with my friend who is a DJ and a professional PR. I started blogging with blogger using domain name www.themchub..com , later changed my domain name to www.themchub.com and then to WordPress.

Am interested but pls first tell me the different between hosting and domain.

in simple terms..

domain is just any name and an extension put together ..

EG : facebook.com, nairaland.com, twitter.com..

the '.com' is the extension..

while on the other hand hosting, is just to pay to get your site hosted on the server depending on the plan.

EG : Imagine on instagram you upload photos unlimitedly, upload videos unlimitedly, write posts and do a lot of stuffs..

In the above example, instagram is the host while your instagram account is the hosting plan.

The only difference here is that instagram is free and unlimited while hosting services are paid for and limited to the plan you want to purchase..

There are times when we make mistakes and we don't even know,we all make misakes and we are bound to be corrected.

These are the mistakes new bloggers make that defame their blogs :

1.Spamming :
It is the act of flooding the internet with many copies of thesame message inorder to force it on people and increase topics count.If you are already doing this thinking you are safe or you are unknowingly doing it,it will really affect your s.e.o. Ranking negatively and backfire later in the future when applying for adsense. Please stop it!

2.Copying and pasting : This is the act of transfering articles from other websites be it forum or blog to your own blog. You can't be a successful blogger without going through a lot of stress. A LAYy being can't be a blogger and it is only one palm that doesn't decieve. You can,t stay there and be copying other bloggers work and expect your blog to progress. Some New blogs even go to the extent of not giving credit to original writer,let's just don't mention names,It will also backfire when you want to start making money with your blog.


3.Diverting to other Niches :
This is a serious mistakes most newbies in blogging makes,flunctuating like Nepa does is not the best to get traffic to your blog,you post something today on technology and tommorow Tonto dike's news,it's wrong when it is not a general niche,google want to know exactly what you are operating on and when things related to your niche are being searched,your link pop up.

4.Adding Excess image :
When your blog is not on kid stuff,it is not advisable for you to add excess image,it is only kids that lie images,adding excess image increase your website's load time which scare users away,try reducing images per page

5.Buying free domain Names or using subdomains :
There are many free domain names like .TK .ML .CO.ZA e.t.c.
Using them now,you may be happy because they are performing same functions like that of .com .org .ng,the day you will regret bro. Those dealer will just forward it to other websites that pay them.

6.Not adding social media share buttons : New bloggers find it disgusting adding social media share buttons,they don't know the uses. Adding it gives you the opportunity to share with your followers on social media followers.


7. BUYING Traffic : How will you be buying traffic those guys are selling bots for you!! If you buy traffic,will you buy comment . Stop that criminal act bro and sis!
