No chance at all,cos even if you make it to the board,you'll be screened out during credentials
The only option left for you is to maybe write another O'level exam and GET a new date of birth certificates if truely you wanna apply.

Remember that accreditation of candidates starts 8.am each day..documents to come along with1.baptismal card/birth cert 2.local government identification letter 3.jamb result slip 2 copies showing ur face 4.jamb online registration slip 2 copies 5.putme registration slip 2 copies 6.unizik putme will be cbt..wish u all success

jamb calculator..... u can as well come with electronic calculator am sure they'll allow but not scientific... I misplaced my jamb calc,I'll be going with electronic calc..... as for the maths,should not be more than 10 questions,mainly waec based maths..... and for your chances of getting admission you should ask GOD

as of lst year we were allowed 2 use both scientific nd non scientific calculators nd there were no maths..nt sure hw dis year would turn out..and abt ur chances of getting med..my brother jst do ur best nd gd luck 2 u
