Bosses in the house, do you recommend Redmi 10? Or which Xiaomi brand with a budget of #100k will you recommend? Thanks

There is no other Xiaomi phone at that price point in Nigeria

Elizkid:
@genius.43

Please can you help me with the full ROM for this new update?

My phone RN9S is still lacking animations.

Even ordinary Redmi 9 I operated some days back had animations. The way the icons bounce on the home screen when you unlock the phone, smooth transitioning between apps, opening and closing animations for apps and Folders, etc.

All these are absent on my own phone.

I'm thinking maybe this new update might fix it?

Anyone else still experiencing this on Note 9s?

Take a stroll a page or two back. And next try the full ROM instead of incremental update.

I'm thinking of purchasing the poco F3 phone. I have read a lot of good reviews about the phone and several YouTubers have named it the best budget smartphone of 2021. The 8GB/256 is currently going for about $330. Should i purchase the phone or would there be better release my Xiaomi this 2022?

Advice a brother please

No one can answer about releases, because no one around here has any idea of Xiaomi's planned releases. So the ball is in your court

Hello Happy New Year my people

Please if you know anyone that repairs Redmi in Delta please recommend, the phone's camera was misbehaving so I tried restarting it but it didn't restart, it just went blank and won't turn on... It doesn't even show signs of charging anymore

The phone is Redmi 9t and isn't up to 4months

Deadboot, it is a power IC issue. Take it to a service centre. There is Raya in Warri, they should sort you out even if it means taking it to Lagos.

NB: If you had been following this thread as at the time you bought this particular device you would have known about this issue.

osic:
I'm trying to format the phone and install the latest full ROM for Redmi Note 8 (global version).

Thanks buddy. I received my package today. Phew!!!

Pussyassniggar:
It's not in mine

If it is not there then it is app lock

DankemzI:
Incredible I started using mine before charging it, hope it doesn't affect the performance! How do I activate it's xhide, if there's anything like it

Xiaomi has hidden apps not Xhide. it is in security app.

DankemzI:
How long will it take to optimize?

I don't know.

DankemzI:
I just got my R10 but ain't satisfied with the battery performance, 2% drops every 3-5 mins. Who's using R10 how's your battery performance?

You just got it and you are still setting up. Give your phone time to optimise

I8id:
Good day, i just downloaded the full package but is on zip file. Should extract it before installing or i should go ahead and click the downloaded file?

Don't extract. The instructions was clear on that

Salarys:
I used to think the process of adding a card and all that was as cumbersome as it was 4-5years back.

You are welcome, it is a straightforward process. Nice you have done it without stress.

Tiger2020:

It is correct

Lemken:
Please hu has redmi 8 part... specifically the main camera lens

The best place to source this is AliExpress

holuwhatowseen:
And it shouldn't be deleted too right?

If the update is done it should delete the file itself

holuwhatowseen:
Good evening bros .. Just seeing this now,
I didn't download mine using 1Dm+, I used chrome.. Should I be worried?

As long as there is no interruptions to corrupt the archive, you are good.

Stoney3813:
I can't say but if there are no other features to add, they could have excluded the macro and that should make the device cheaper.

Trust me the cost of a Macro Camera is not really relevant to influence pricing.

For all its worth the Xiaomi 12 is worth its price. The release price is even cheaper than when Mi 11 was released in China.

Stoney3813:
Xiaomi should ditch macro sensors from their flagships abeg and use the extra cost of procuring and doing whatever to add better features to their devices.

Xiaomi 12 isn't the main flagship, the Ultra and maybe the Pro is.

The vanilla has been demoted to an affordable flagship status.

But they should have used an 8MP 3x Telephoto sensor sha .

And what other features are you looking for that isn't on the 12?

Because the difference between the 12 and pro is just Screen Size, Camera and Charging and maybe IP ratings.

Xiaomi 12x came along with an SD 870.

Same size as the Xiaomi 12 but I don't have the full similarities and dissimilarities yet.

Note all this are China Releases and we are not certain which of the the rest will join the Xiaomi 12 to be released Globally

Xiaomi 12Pro
6.7" Display
SD 8 Gen 1 (Like the 12)
A better display than the Xiaomi 12 because if the LTPO tech used that can varie refresh rate between 1-120Hz
