I recently noticed that my Redmi Note 9pro does not ring out when a call is coming in from local or WhatsApp calls. My alarm rings out though.
I've checked the relevant settings for call notification and it's all ok, can anyone help?

Force restart if you are certain all settings are in place.

Honestly I don’t know what to do , there is network coverage in my area cuz it was working before and if I put the sim in Infinix or techno it will work .

It was even working in my previous xiaomi (note 7). Even it was working in my 9t but all of a sudden it just stopped and not note 10 pro same thing .

The last time this happened to me on nTel the SIM was bad.

Works on any SIM for me. This is RN10 Pro, working on my brother's RN9S and also worked on my previous RN5 Pro.

I’m also using ntel and it stopped working all of a sudden on my redmi 9t , now I have redmi note 10 pro same thing , I even inserted in another xiaomi phone same thing.

So that it should not be as if I am lying. Using nTel on Xiaomi is something that have been trashed out since 2017/2018 here.

As long as there is network coverage in your location. Insert the nTel SIM. Put your phone in flight mode, Dail *#*#4636#*#* select the SIM slot the nTel is located and change the network type to LTE Only. Now here is a trick just below it you will see Mobile Radio Power, Toggle it on and Toggle it off again. Now remove your phone from flight mode and you are good to go.

NB If you change your data SIM you may be have to repeat these steps. It is a 30 seconds stuff

My local PO is at redeem camp, how my order take miss road from Lagos to Akure.

You reply them and inform them of the wrong address issue, they will reroute your package

They have probably not sorted it out or registered it if it has actually gotten to them. Sometimes the State HQ do the updating if the final post office don't have a functional IT department
