If you like the small form factor go for Mi 11 lite if not the Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Raya care are Xiaomi's service care partners. If you buy from Xiaomi distribution partners and there is a fault they are expected to send it to Raya.

You can't stop it. It is part of the criteria that allows google to put the feature in the first place due to Privacy laws.
