Force Restart your phone. It might also be possible that the theme changed the names of those apps.

If you say USB data transfer works then the problem might be from either the dongles or from the ROM. I am sorry I don't use Huawei device there is nothing much I can do.

1. Look for another OTG Dongle

Force Restart your phone and if it persists download Full ROM and Re-install

No it isn't. Right now, while it is
locked and i double tap to wake the screen up, it comes on and goes off immediately. Secondly, does the redmi 9t even have a proximity sensor as advertised? Because, whenever i make calls as well, the phone doesn't go blank when i take it towards the ear. I would rather put it on speaker phone or use an hands free device to make calls.

What could possibly be the reasons for them all?
