You are paying for R&. We once had an argument on TG were I said making smaller phones won't make the phones any cheaper.

But I agree that the price should be around be slightly higher than the RN10 Pro 6/128GB

Get a newer device. Up your budget and get the base variant of RN10.

It won't. It came with Android 9 and it only gets one Android Version update which it has gotten already.

No one uses that aspect Ratio anymore. Design language have change to taller devices. But the two I listed are wide enough.
