Use your battery for a while then screenshot as seen below.

Also battery saver at this battery percentage from my personal experience and observations consumes more battery.

Yes the temperature over here is extremely high, and there re days were it can even get worst.
but todays temperature wasn't that high compared to some few days back, but for once my phone hasn't over heated,like I said this is the first time am getting the over heating notification.

hope there is no cause for alarm?

I just got this notification for the very first time since I started using my phone (redmi , it happened immediately I updated my phone, thou I live a location where the temperature reaches 43-47°c, I quickly went to check the temperature of my battery only to find out it was 43°c

Temperature is pretty high these days especially in the North.

Post the battery stats as well as your network battery stats let's see. Depends on how you use your phone and the way you charge your battery, the worse that can happen is to get a new battery.

How then is it possible that another person's Redmi 9C will have some features and another won't have it?

To me RN9 Pro is much better, except you have a bias for Amoled display and stereo speakers.

lol. See talk. Every big trusted seller started with something little. No one just came up and suddenly have the device that has been scarce. The only redmi note 10 we've been seeing available is the base version. Then suddenly someone comes up saying he's got that relatively 'scarce' device and you want someone to try him because -to you- that's how all sellers started. Very funny.

As a new seller, you build people's trust by offering little and then you go pro.
