I have been in your shoes and I wasn't shaken, that is the difference. It is better to get a bug free update late than to get a bug filled updates quickly.

Android 10 will come but MIUI 12 is where the changes are, I am a user of RN5, my device came with Android 8 and MIUI 9, I got an upgrade to A9, but I am on MIUI 11 and also waiting for MIUI 12 (which will be my last MIUI Update) like you, so be patient.

– Navigate to the font section
– Type in "Peace"
– Download if you love it
– The change your region back to Nigeria

If you want it to be smaller, go to settings » additional settings » display size » select the smallest

Updates are built by MIUI TEAM in China and even those working in Xiaomi Nigeria can't tell you when it will be out.

NB: An agent will beg you not to sell but to exercise patience the reverse happened so reason am.

There are many.

To change fonts switch region to India(from additional settings), go to the theme app and access the font panel there are lots.

You can search the futura, you might be lucky to find it. I use rosemary ++,

You have been complaining of the same thing and you have been told the update will come.

NB: Your device is getting one android treatment and at least 3 MIUI instalments, it has gotten one in MIUI 11 already, if you are expecting Android 11 better sell it now.

We will get MIUI 12. We have started getting updates to some system apps in preparation for that.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 10 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

If you are a Redmi note 8 pro user and don't have the MIUI 12 update. I can help you on where to download and how to install without root or computer or even twrp. You can install manually and I have been running that without issues for over 2 weeks now...

He uses RN8. to get full recovery ROM is not that hard.

It was released in Nigeria but not in stores yet if available slot or Pointek should be one of the first stores to get. That is were you should be looking at not Jumia.

Uninstall updates of your system launcher. You should also try a force Restart (Hold power button for 15secs) first
