I placed an order on AliExpress, bought a phone of about 355usd, and also bought accessories from a different store.
3weeks later the accessories arrived while the phone was stuck at "depart transit country" I kept asking the seller why it was stuck and they kept saying I should wait ah! It's over 1month now and tracking is still stuck there

So I decided to chat with AliExpress customer service but bot no gree direct me to human and then bot opened dispute on my behalf. Some days later AliExpress asked that I upload evidence and I uploaded screenshots of tracking information and the seller's messages.
Behold today I opened AliExpress only to find that they've closed the dispute and closed the order with this message I don't even understand 😭😭😭 I don't even know what to do, seller stopped responding, bot isn't saying anything sensible I'm being asked to upload evidence for appeal but I don't know what to upload again.
Please anyone that can help me, please do 😭😭😭 I worked hard for this money I don't want it to go just like that o😭😭😭😭

You are lily livered and you are ordering a phone from AliExpress.

Keep wait hopefully it will arrive. It is a 50/50 with phones. If we say source locally e get why.

I may sound harsh but it is best you read terms and conditions before venturing in.

AE states the shipping period and I am certain there is no way AE told you your order will be delivered within a month even expected delivery dates they put when you order is usually around 70days from when it is ordered.

So once again calm down. When it gets to the time to file a dispute you will win it easily.

If all your orders have been from sellers in Mainland China please start buying from sellers solely based in Hong Kong and drop feedbacks.

Sunyou orders have always been known to be untrackable till you get a call from your P.O.

First of all there is no shipping method called speedaf on AliExpress so your first statement is wrong in all ways.

Sunyou is not new if you don't know them then you only started using AliExpress last year.

So go to your nearest post office and look for your item.

It's not the same way though.
In my redmi 7, I could just long press an app and then click on the padlock and it will lock.
But before I could lock an app on redmi note 12 I had to go through security. And even though the padlock appears on the app, it closes after a few minutes in the background.

Still the same because the two methods have been there for over 3 years now

AliExpress is always in Dollar. Whatever Naira value you see there is far from reality. You can't use your naira card to order from AliExpress bar StanbicIBTC capped at $15 monthly and a rate close to ₦700 per dollar.

For you to order the Anker speaker you need a Virtual Dollar Card and the rate depends on the provider you are using.

So i need your help to know what is wrong.

I ordered an Anker soundcore motion plus speaker on March 22nd and it arrived on the 6th of April. Just 2 weeks. On the Aliexpress it is showing departed from transit country or region whereas i have received it.

The problem now is i also ordered an Anker airpod albeit much earlier, i order the anker airpod on the 4th of March, 2023 and it over a month now and i have yet to receive the item. It has been showing departed from transit county or region since last month. Same thing with the one i have received.

I am suspecting they were shipped using different couriers, the Tracking ID for the one i have received starts with RB and ends with SG (Which was shipped with NIPOST).
While the one i am yet to receive starts with RE and end with NL.

What could be the problem guys? Which methods were used to ship them and why have i received the one which i ordered late and the one i ordered earlier is still stuck or has it arrived but i have not been called?

They are both Nipost following different routes.

The one with NL was most likely shipped with POSTNL which will go through Netherlands before coming this way.
