Your phone is not using quick charge 3.0, the 33W charger is based on QC 4.0+

9S is capped at 18W seen reviews when the reviewer said he tested the Pro 33W charger and the charging time was still the same.

It is a suggestion for you to know what is causing your battery drain. Like I said one of the main causes of battery drain is poor network.

If it were MIUI we can easily know from battery chart but that is not obtainable on Android one
