Go to settings search scanning, then turn off WiFi and Bluetooth scanning

ChocolateHigh:
noobody my old customer..can note 9 pro max global version of Xiaomi be gotten now?
And how much?

Pro Max is strictly for India it's Global Version is in the form of RN9 Pro without the 32MP selfie but every other thing same as the Pro Max

Kykyblaze:
Pointek is selling 128gb for ₦95k

Oga do giveaway, let us celebrate.

Bahddo:
there's a store on AE with around N800 shipping, and their RN9 pro 128gb is 95k (+shipping) after discounts because of the sales. Was tempted, but the wait time wouldn't be fun at all (plus I fear having to find out after the order that I was charged N450/$ by my bank). Na to just buy for Naija comot mind.

The summer sales would be great for stuff one can wait for.

True. Like Cases, Tempered glass and some other small small stuffs

fantilopezzy:
redmi note 9s is now 78k on aliexpress

They are having summer sales and when you add shipping and wait time it is not worth the 7k savings

brizzle116:
okay thanks..I've been following the thread for sometime..even though I used mi A1 two years ago but never knew this thread exist.. Switched off WiFi and Bluetooth scanning.. Any other basic thing to do??

Update your phone before you start using it deeply.

modextus:
Guys. I'm having difficulty getting a premium lightroom app. The one i downloaded from mobdroid isn't working.

Go to telegram search for Modzilla, join the channel, then search and download lightroom.

brizzle116:
I just noticed my phone's battery came at 35% is it weird??

Nope

bastien:
If not for the fact that I and many Nigerians complain about the hike In price, marketers for just use our money open more outlets

The price Xiaomi posted was MSRP which is different from seller prices. This time around it gives room for competitive pricing unlike before.

brizzle116:
a quick question please, I just got a new phone mi 9t, am I to charge before use or use before charge or it doesn't matter?? Thanks

Whichever pleases you.

losdiose:

ayomidan:

No config file. Change values to your own satisfaction

Shegun010:
You have two redmi note 9 pros with different prices.

The cheaper should be 6/64GB.

Where in benin-city and price please?

Someone mentioned K-Ultra.

dicksonotieno:
The Camon 15 normal version ships with a main 48MP lens, as described by TECNO. However, taking a look at the specs from a couple of apps that show device specs, you see that the lens registers as 12MP. No app registers the extra lenses TECNO has included >>>> https://tech-ish.com/2020/06/15/tecno-camon-15-camon15premier/

That is because the 48MP works on the principle of pixel binning and they used a 4x1 system. What the app recognised is the base or default resolution which is 12MP, A 64MP under 4x1 binning should shoot 16MP by default.

The issue is they never specify the manufacturer and model of their lenses and some lenses are useless and not needed. Example is the QVGA lens they keep bundling on their devices from entry to their flagship models.

mathefaro:
Years ago when I used tecno, I remember we could copy someone else's nandroid backup to recover a bricked phone (our something like that). Maybe he thought the same is possible for Xiaomi phones forgetting that these are snapdragon chipsets

I know it was possible then but those times have changed.

losdiose:
I just joined the club of Redmi Note 9s owners

Redmi Note 9s plenty for Benin City

Congratulations.

profsomebody:
Hello all. I want to flash global rom on my chinese version redmi note 7. I have unlocked bootloader. And I have another note 7 (global rom) I want to copy the rom from. How do I go about that, please?

How do you want to copy the ROM? Just Download a Global Fastboot ROM and ask about appropriate steps before you cause problems.

Pointek.....

Ejiphill09:
Not at all.

Okay o.

NikeMi1:
1..Is this the global version?

2...why is it so cheap on alibaba?

Consider MOQ, Getting an agent to help you buy or sourcing for Yuan pay, then logistics involved in bringing them in.

I don get queue for my RN5 but one mind still dey me make I flex MIUI 12 first. Is that the voice of God speaking?

Who is waiting for someone's review and start with hello here it is **** once again and this is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s...

postdigger:
This is so true, my only consolation is that side sensors are faster

I think there is a setting to reduce the sensitivity of that button

Goddey1000:

No, there two shipping methods on the seller’s page, one for 30 days delivery and the other for 7 days delivery.

I chose the 7days own but yet to receive it. The tracking number is still showing WAITING FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE IN LAGOS
