In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 10 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

It's compatible with your phone.

It's just that some apps are not fully compatible with it, for now.

For example, I can't use my third party dialer (dw contacts and dialer) to dial some contacts on my phone. It simply doesn't work. Have resorted to using the stock dialer for now, even though I updated the dw contacts and dialer to the latest version.

Just chill out, it'll be fixed soon.

Maybe you should change your dialer too and see if it helps.

That is not his issue though. I shared a full ROM for him download and Re-install which is the latest ROM and current ROM on his device and he is calling it a downgrade.

He commented without reading or trying to attempt a possible solution. If I ignore such complaints now. It will look somehow.

Guys, this issue is still disturbing on my Note 8. I keep clearing playstore app cache and data. Keep restarting the phone to see if it will work...

Funny thing is the playstore will update one or two apps and will stop. Clearing cache and data all day will not make it continue updating other apps till some hours/days pass and all of a sudden it will update one or two apps and stop again.

Guys, how do I settle this issue...using MTN, WiFi, and Airtel same thing...

Like I was saying before that I needed to upgrade my phone, I had mi a3 in mind but I learnt its production was discontinued, I contemplated on redmi note 8 pro but i have resentment for anything with mediatek though i know that the mtk processor is powerful but the difference in price with note 9 pro weren't much so I landed on note 9 pro. Also I needed all I'll buy to be from one place so I decided to use jumia. I will order it and what I'll use to protect the phone to last like my redmi 6 pro.
The screenshot below is my order.
Did I make a good choice?

Remove that phone and buy from Nigeria it is cheaper and time effective.

Hope you are aware the Jumia Global item might take well over a month to get here.

Redmi Note 9 Pro will go on sale here next week

As for powerbank buy a recognised brand before you buy a powerbank that will spoil your battery.

Same applies with chargers.
