Reducing the size also reduces the quality, no two ways about it.

Global Version is meant for the Global Market with more LTE Bands, The Global ROM was originally built for Global Versions.

If you see Global ROM on Aliexpress you are buying a Chinese Version with lesser LTE bands whose bootloader has been Unlocked then a Global ROM flashed on it to replace the Chinese ROM it originally came with. Hence when delivered the carton is not sealed.

Redmi 8 Dual Cameras Redmi 8a single camera. And Redmi 8 has more support than Redmi 8a.

Redmi 8 fingerprint sensor Redmi 8a none.

Also Redmi 8a 4/64Gb is China exclusive

Beautify and high brightness, that is just wrong. That is the first thing I disable on my phone.

Now look at this your pic, it looks more like an oil painting, one can't even make out your clothing talk more the headphones you are wearing.

Also do away with Camera360, I am still surprised people still uses it.

Guys after upgrading my device from 11.0.7 to 11.0.8 and force stopping the phone randomly as earlier advised by GrandMufti....my battery has really improved and I got more than 9hrs SOT

It is illegal, that is why it is inadmissible in courts. Even a prosecutor can't tender an illegal recording as exhibit.

I wonder. I am sure when Google rolls out the feature the person whose call you are recording will be aware and probably grant permission before the recording goes on. That is what EU are clamouring for. Call recording is a breach of privacy and confidentiality.

Android 10 is not yet available and it doesn't require any special tweaking to install a full ROM since you aren't flashing a Custom ROM

Thanks boss, I actually started following them after I realized Xiaomi is more focused on them... Xiaomi literally shoved it in our faces, like how we have to change region to India before we could change font or get the wallpaper carousal effect

MIUI 11 is not full of Bugs at least that is the ROM I am using.

Lolx, this MIUI 11 updates come with quite a number of bugs and sometimes bugs randomly tamper/affect a lot of apps and features even the SECURITY app. I love my device but everyone knows that after the upgrade from MIUI 10 to 11 a lot of Xiaomi's devices did not remain the same. Attached is a screenshot of me searching for solution to a problem I faced after updating my device, I had to reset my phone before the issue was resolved. Till date the schedule on/off feature of my phone doesn't work due to the MIUI update ( I can SCHEDULE OFF but can't SCHEDULE ON) and I use the feature a lot but I learnt to move on. I love my device and I hope to use more Xiaomi phones in the future, but the last thing I will do is to sugar coat the truth.

Now you are refusing to deflate and accept that you gave a wrong advice when the evidence in this case was glaring.

That you faced that particular problem don't mean all Redmi 7 users have same. When the Android 9 update came some people on RN5 had two percent battery drop instead of one but it has long been fixed some fixed theirs by Reinstalling full ROM others waited for other updates.

As for your problem I remember someone telling you to download and reflash ROM Manually have you done that?

There is no such thing as a perfect ROM even those flashing custom ROMs will tell you that.

Are you saying that those RN8 users calming of Update reducing their battery life are joking. My battery life has never remained the same the moment I updated to miui 11 from 10; ask any RN8 user.
