I have followed all instructions for the Address verification but not working. I don't get why two exact addresses copied as it is is still not approved. They can keep their services. Alternatives full ground.

Modified: Apparently they have a beef with the other banks used because I tried with my GTB which I purposely didn't want to use and it worked.

The thing is very easy honestly. In fact, It didn't take me more than 20 mins to complete the registration process, and each stage of the registration was approved immediately. It only took less than 24hrs for them to approve my Utility bill, and I got a message early the following day notifying me of complete registration. As per the bill, I don't think it has anything to do with your name reflecting on it; as the one I uploaded doesn't bear my name, but the house owner's. I guess they just want to verify the address on the utility bill to know whether it tallies with the one submitted on the registration form.
The only area I believe people could have challenge relates to that of "virtual NIN number", which involves downloading NIMC application from playstore to process it. It's somehow technical but easy to do if instructions provided are sequentially followed.

VNIN took me seconds because I have had the NIMC app since it's beta days

1. AliExpress is still 50/50 no one can give you a definite estimate how long shipping or custom charges will be.

2. Hope you are aware your naira card can't order from AliExpress except you have dorm account or use the other option of Virtual cards all at black market rates.
