That's because WhatsApp reduces image quality. Send any image you don't want it's quality reduced as a document simple.

It has to do with your focus. Allow it the image to stabilise before taking the shot.

No IR blaster. From XDA the only GCam port that works with it crashes a lot and night sight doesn't work, and you have to enable Camera2api first.
