Get a good shipper, we have good ones on Nairaland here. You can check Lanredojohn. Buying and shipping from Amazon is far more complicated than AliExpress

Ahswearughud, they delivered a 9mp camera instead of 48Mp

You wouldn't like to go through that route trust me.

Yes. I won't blame them since it is their largest market

PotatoSalad:

PotatoSalad:
Fitgirl repacks do bro. They remove some game resources. That's why it's called a repack.

Fitgirl repacks are intact, unlike blackbox and the likes

Trex4:

Hi Xiaomites, what's the best way to maintain a new phone ba3?
Drain the ba4 till 0% b4 first charge or charge to 100% b4 first use?

Thanks

Whichever works for you.

Jackossky:
Please guys, when will Xiaomi finally establish their presence in Nigeria? If they have, can anyone help me with their location?
My redmi fell from a high ground on a ceramic floor, just a glitch on the top edge of the 'camera light' spot and a tiny crack that cuts slightly across the screen which is not really noticeable but I don't like any form of crack on phoned. So, I feel like taking it for repair.
Anyone should please help me with the needed information.

They are not yet settled, so we can say much for after sales services for now.

If your device is working fine, manage it like that for now. Get a good tempered glass and protect the glass.

PotatoSalad:
For you to compress a 3GB game to 200MB, you have to get rid of a lot of things: ingame dialogue, music, cut scenes, textures etc.
Side effects, file will take forever to decompress.

This is common with cracked PC Games eg fitgirl repacks.
100KB? Na juju him use? Definitely false.

I downloaded WWE 2K19 about 25GB or so. Game was really compressed, original size was 42GB. Upon i have a very powerful gaming laptop, it took 7 hours to install.

That's common with Fitgirl repacks. What are the specs of your laptop?

Am planning to buy a predator.

olayinkajnr:
This thread have to be the thread with the most matured people on nairaland except for just one person that goes about insulting people anyhow. I'll advise that he is ignored completely. I don't now him personally but I've seen him on different phones thread so I'm not surprised about his attitude.

He go dey alright las las.

Nobody have his time. When you grant such people audience, they feel important. When he is tired he will go back to his cave.

fantilopezzy:
guys am saving up to get a laptop but the ones i have seen on jumia is pretry costly
, ebay is really cheap i want to know if it's ok to order from ebay and things like custom won't affect my parcel or if you have any other foreign site i can get a laptop from pls kindly help me out

You can get shipped using trusted shippers on Nairaland. When buying on e-bay always check if it is new or pre-owned (Second hand). The ones you called cheap depending on the specs though might actually be pre-owned.

Nonli1:
Which one do I download. I'm confused. When I clicked on BSG I saw many Files there

Whenever you want to download check the date and look for RN7 on the name.

Got my Note 7 today 4/64gb. Must say I'm Impressed with the phone. Battery was 39% when I got it. Used it so heavily to drain the battery. Used up to 2 hours plus before the battery drained. Played PUBG and it was so smooth. The battery is now dead, didn't want to first charge with generator. Have a place I'll plug with Nepa tomorrow cos we don't have light. Transformer spoilt. I must say this phone is worth the hype, I'm happy I got this phone, the battery is OK from what I can see. The Camera is so good. Don't know why people complain that it's not clear. The phone is 9/10 for me. The only con in the phone is the front or selfie camera. It's not that bright. Everything else is perfect. I must say everyone having double mind on this phone should go and get it. Just feeling this phone gives me Joy.... Thanks Xiaomi

Now I have questions

1. Where do I download Gcam

2. Can I charge with generator as that's the only source of charging the phone for now. Hope it won't affect battery.

Front camera, disable beauty mode.

GCam. Download the one by BSG

As long it's not a generator that fluctuates, sure.

How do I access the engineering mode?

Use LTE Discovery in this case

But to access engineering mode tap the kernel version on about phone 4 or 5 times
