messymelly:
thanks tracked it it's in Lagos how long will it take to get to my state

Which state?

And it also depends on the final post office

dahgifted:
i think i ll settle down for rn7 or mi 8 lite which of them uses usb type c?

Both have type C.

But the Redmi Note 7 has the following advantages
1. Better rear Camera
2. Bigger Battery
3. Presence of 3.5mm jack

madgoat:
Wait.... WTF There are adverts on the fone? Thats irritating.

They can be disabled easily

dahgifted:
i like something compact like a2 lite

Redmi 6 pro and Mi A2 lite are the same phones with different OS

dahgifted:
i am looking for something compact like r6 pro

Why not go for mi 9 SE if you have the money.

Thee Redmi 6 pro is getting old especially spec wise

messymelly:
does it mean my phone has arrived in Nigeria ? if yes how long should I wait before I goto post office or should I wait for it to update your parcel has been picked or wait for p.office to call

Start tracking with post office

That old notch is even ugly sef, I dislike it.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. But in my opinion it was/is Ugly.

dahgifted:
am in a serious dilemma right now gadget wise i dont like big screen and water drop notch

Which devices are you looking at?

But in my honest opinion the Redmi Note 7 is a good buy

dahgifted:
buh does rn7 has front flash and notification led?

As for flash it uses the screen and yes it has a notification Led. Even the Redmi Note 6 pro has no front flash, the Redmi Note 5 so called front flash is not that great.

dahgifted:
i don't like tthe water drop notch on the rn7 i like that of rn6 pro which other redmi phone with normal notch that can go head to head with rn7

Technology has moved away from that type of notch, you have to get used to it. We are now in the water drop/V/U/dew drop notch and cutout camera era. So you move with the tide

tidedroid:
which one of this 2 is the one note 5 ai,please can i re-update manually through the system update option in settings

Redmi Note 5 pro is the name used in India while Redmi Note 5 AI is the name used in China and other regions.

So Redmi Note 5 AI = Redmi Note 5 pro

tziz:
Please when will Slot start the sales?

May 6th same with Pointek

Kelvo002:
exactly.
Redmi 7 and not note7

The Redmi 7 3/32Gb is currently available on Jumia, you can place your order

MeshachMARTINS:
I dont think 3/32gb redmi note 7 is available in slot, itits sold exclusively on jumia

You should note that noobs to Xiaomi might not know the shortcodes to their devices, he might be asking about R7(Redmi 7) and not RN7(Redmi Note 7)

Vision 2020 looking at those hustling for the Redmi Note 7

Henryneo:
Hey guys I just put up my review of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and i can tell you, Xiaomi is ready to turn the game around. The device is currently available on Jumia from 12 noon today

Let me know what your thoughts are

Watched the video just a moment ago.

Redmi 7 has a dedicated card slot.

jaymichael:
How? Can I but any sim tray with three slots and it will work? I will like it if it can also work with my Lenovo k5 pro.

Watch videos on YouTube, you will understand how it works better

muyibabs:
I thought the 4/64 variant will be available too. Any hope for the 4/64 today?

It doesn't seem so going by what Noobody posted above

fibonacci2526:
Check the app, you can see it there now.

Only 3/32Gb variant available

steevy:
Got this thing 3 years ago. Lasted just 3 weeks.

Got cut by the metallic edge of the sim tray.

Sorry about that

Anticipation.

They don't want to give us teasers about Pocophone F2

pharmtasy:
Why not go for Redmi Note 7 instead of Note 6 Pro

Abi o, at least he is assured of android Q(10) update

Kingpeter404:
i have watched the video of this thing where can one buy this thing

Contact busuyi44, he is a seller or AliExpress

LowerPriceData0:
Good Morning, I want to Order Redmi Note 7 from Jumia this afternoon 12:00pm. Hope there still allow "Pay On Delivery"

There is hardly pay on delivery these days

chigoeze:
Bro do you have a picture of the hybrid SIM slot lemme see what it looks like

Hybrid SIM adapter I mean

ping2ping:
Thanks but will Redmi Note 6 Pro also be available on Jumia?

Don't know but it is available on AE

ping2ping:
Its being advertised that Xiaomi phones will be available offline in Nigeria from TODAY, April 29, 2019. However, a check from Jumia site still shows Jumia Global for most Xiaomi phones.

Secondly, will Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro (the one i am interested in buying) also be available off the shelve in Nigeria?

They didn't make mention of offline availability today. Jumia has exclusivity for now. It will only be available offline from May 6 at Slot and Pointek.

tyoba:
Is the redmi note 7 variant going on sale today in Jumia different from the global version. From the adverts, it has dual 4g support, band 28 and dedicated memory slot. Could be a marketing gimmicks though.

The Redmi Note 7 has no dedicated memory card slot, but it supports a memory card if you would forgo one SIM(but you can still get all with a hybrid SIM slot). Band 28? am not sure about that.

Dual 4G support is on alot of Xiaomi devices apart from the entry-level devices.

But the Redmi 7 on the other has a dedicated memory card slot.

Apart from the single camera, this device is a beast
