Go to wakanow
Search by the date you intend to travel.
The only flight you should consider that has more than 1 stop is Ethiopian airways
Filter by number of stops (1 stop)
Filter by Ethiopian (cos of adis ababa and Dublin stops)
Compare prices
Play around with the date to see if you can get cheaper options.
Also, you might want to play around with the departure locations i.e Lagos, Abuja etc. Some airlines like Lufthansa are slightly cheaper when departing from Abuja
When you find a price and flight that suits you, go to their website directly.
You may be required to pay in dollars
You can use a dollar card, a virtual dollar card, or ask a friend abroad to pay for you
If you can't pay in dollars, kuku go back to wakanow and pay in naira (slightly higher)

Just carry your ATM card along to pay. About 9970 or so. Almost 10k sha. They said for every subsequent visa application and submission, you will pay this amount. There is no substitute document apart from your ATM card

I didn't use DHL but heard is about 2500 or so. Not sure.

Zubi abeg when yousubmit your passport for study permit you know the biometrics slips as been submitted for visitor visa, What will I used to represent the biometrics slips because I have submitted it when my Visitor visa was approved in June.

Please how much DHL beside VFS office charge for passport submission?

I checked VFS passport submission available date is 25 August.

Counterfoils are placed on passports so applicants can travel to Canada to get the study permit. Since he is in Canada, IRCC will send the study permit to his mailing address.

Submission of passport is not required for in-Canada approvals. You can apply for a visitor visa if you intend to travel outside of Canada before your study permit expires; otherwise, you don’t need it.

Please what are the documents you submitted for study permit extension? Do you show proof of funds ?

Gurus in the house...please your opinion is needed here...I submitted my passport for stamping since 7th July..on the 20th of July I received a message that the decision envelope for my application has been received at CVO Abuja and is ready for collection..I submitted in Lagos through my agent via UPS and the arrangement is that VFS will return it back to the address we provided..

Yesterday,I decided to track my application using the VFS global website and the message they drop their is saying that my passport has been couriered from Canada visa application centre to the courier partner on the 24th July 2023...that I should visit the courier partner website for the status of the shipment..

My agent said he has not received the package and that he is still waiting for it.

Please is it possible that the passport is still with VFS even though they sent the message that it has been couriered to the courier partner??

Pay the amount the school asked you to pay before you apply for study permit ( ie deposit fee), only if you wish to pay more than that is optional

IRCC portal don't shows update most time but if you can set up a tracker with your UCI you will see alot going on with your application.

Is this not supposed to change for visit visa? There is no indication on her IRCC platform that her passport was received and stamped for the visit visa. Please advise if you have experienced.
