Good day everyone, has anyone received a package shipped by Singapore Post? My item that was shipped on the 10 of October is still pending and it showing received by local delivery company. Is nipost handling it? My local post office said they don't have it yet, the contact on AliExpress page is not working, I do not know who to contact.

Thanks for your kind response. Unfortunately this isn't my first time, I have order countless of items from aliexpress. I haven't had any problem where the item doesn't work until the motherboard.
I messaged the seller and she/he said I was the one that damaged the motherboard. The seller has refused to reply my messages since aliexpress mark the dispute as invalid

Sorry for the loss. Is this your first time buying from AE? Did the board have good reviews? You would've easily won the dispute if it wasn't delivered. But next time do a video of you opening the package and installing the motherboard. That will help strengthen your dispute case. AE often side with sellers as buyers sometimes ain't saints either. As some buyers can easily swap what was gotten with defective part to get their money back.

Sadly, once the final decision is made, you can't get your money back. What was the seller's response when you chatted them up prior to opening dispute? Did they ignore you or did they ask for evidence?

I have lost a dispute worth $220. I bought a motherboard from a seller in aliexpress, paying via multiple orders since my card then was $100 limit. The motherboard didn't work and all the dispute was to the seller favour, aliexpress decided to release the payment to the seller. Please, Is there a way I can get my money back?

Next time use a phone number accessible both phone calls and SMS.

Be quick about it before they send your package back. Speedaf doesn't waste time in doing that.

I ordered from aliexpress about few weeks ago, I thought they were still using their normal shipping company so I put my address that's one secondary school close to my area. I put my main SIM on my MIFI thinking they would send a text as usual because I usually receive text/WhatsApp from the post office and I can receive text on my MiFi and not calls. I recently figured out about speed af and when I tried to track the package it was showing "recipient phone number is blocked or wrong ". What can I do to retrieve the package please? I heard it has been returned.

Please when was this item despatch? Alot of us are still waiting for December items and I'm already losing hope.

I opened dispute for my order in transit which was shipped since june by aliexpress standard shipping.

However aliexpress return the dispute as Invalid.
I appeal the dispute by contacting the aliexpress CC and the appeal was not accepted as seen in screenshot.
Is there a way i can get the shipping company's missing parcel documents?

It's fine if i loss this dispute because it is just $10.

I have another parcel worth $85 shipped by Aliexpress standard shipping which is still in transit the seller haven't been replying my messages when i asked for the BPT to be extended.
Is there a way i can win this dispute? Please help guys because $85 is a whole lot of money

Wetin concern agbero with overload? Custom is not a logistics company. They have no business with the weight. Fees depend of the value of your package. Hence, you have not supplied a useful information about your package for anyone to help to access the charges.

I receive a text to come pick up my parcel on Monday this week, i went there today, to my greatest surprise it's an item that was shipped with aliexpress standard shipping about one months+ now.

While my 4px, china, caino and seller shipping method is stuck for about 4 to 6 months now..

Singapost and other item shipped with aliexpress standard shipping are stuck for about 2 months+ now.

I'm yet to receive a call from few of my parcel ship with yanweh shipping method and already arrived nigeria for about 20 to 30 days now..

From this observation i can then conclude that shipping during this period is unpredictable.
